Life With Scion — Loved this car, it was great in Vegas, and even better in Hawaii ! It was the perfect car for surfboards snorkel gear, and it packed everyone in a party looking vehicle with ease. I liked the little gimmicks like the neon lights on the inside and the how streamlined and simple everything was. It certainly didn't look like a 14,000 dollar car ouch :( Wish i wouldn't have lost it to the high cost of living in the islands, lol.

Pros: Great gas mileage

Cons: some people hate the look

It's Great — Love It! it's the best car ever made, it's blue and boxy and a standard and has little tires and handles well and is low to the ground and it is fun to drive and fits 2 car seats in the back and is absolutely poetic. love it more than any other car ever!

Pros: roomy

Cons: bumpy

Special Release Series 3 Scion Xb —

This car is perfect for anyone who values fuel economy and interior space. It's an agile car, great chassis, but the engine has only the power it needs. Gas mileage is probably it's best feature. The looks are polarizing, but I love it, especially the color. Turns heads! The build quality is decent, the awesome subwoofers have the ability to rattle plastics. Interior is comfortable, front and rear. I am six feet tall and can literally set the front seat to a comfortable position then sit behind it and with my feet under the front seat lock my knees. Front seats hug your sides and hold you in place while cornering. Dash layout is easy to get used to and great at night, all the lights are towards the middle of the dash, so you get a clear view ahead. Visibility from the driver's seat is great. Steering is tight, the wheel is small and feels sporty. The car seems to have great grip, and after playing with traction control on and off in an empty parking lot in the rain I am pleased to say I really like it and it does a great job or keeping the car in a pretty straight line. The car lacks power, but that is part of it's character. It is not fast, but still manages to be plenty of fun, especially when there are some curves. The brakes are good and I've never felt like they were underperforming. Brake and throttle travel seem linear enough and are easy to get used to and brake response is quick. The car will run 3000 rpm at highway speeds in 5th gear, and if the roads get hilly it will rev even higher in 4th at the same speed. The car is made to do it even though it sounds buzzy.

Pros: Fuel economy, interior space, handling, value

Cons: Windshield collects bugs because it is so steep, no center armrest

Levi's Xb — Great handling, has only needed general maintenance for the last 2 years, mileage is a bit iffy on the freeway but its a super fun little ride. Interior is super roomy and the stereo has extremely good sound quality with an auxilary jack for my MP# player. You should get one!

Pros: fun to drive

Cons: highway mileage sucks

Fun Car To Drive — Love all the room inside and it's so cute, and fun to drive!! But does not have a lot of get up and go. Has great gas mileage, even though the tank only hold about 10 gallons I can get about 300 miles on the highway out of a full tank.

Pros: lots of room

Cons: not a lot of power

2006 Scion Xb — Great monospec car, no haggle price. Walk-in, pay and leave. It looks small but once inside, lots of space for me (even a 6'3"). Not many bell and whistles but those break anyway, right? 33 combined mpg (that my real-world calculation) and I am a bit heavy on the throttle. Can feel a bit under-powered on the highway. I keep the overdrive off when merging onto the super slab. My only real complaint is it's tendency to upshift into overdrive around 35-40 mph (which you can hit in the city). Try climbing a hill in OD. Leaves you without usable power until it downshifts. Looks funky but grows on you quickly. Built by Toyota so parts and repairs are quality.

Pros: More spacious than you think, great mpg, simple straigforward car.

Cons: upshifts WAY too early, little lacking in power (highway driving)

Scion Is For Me — I like 2 things the most about my car: 1. It is surprisingly roomy, when you would think it is pretty small from the outside. 2. It is a very distinct looking vehicle. I really like that it stands out from the crowd. I think the Scion xB fits me like a glove.

Totally Unique, Yet Affordable — Looks different than anything else on the road. TONS of interior room considering the size of the car. Small engine, but takes corners like a go-cart!

Pros: Small, great gas milage, unique look

Cons: Small engine, unique look...you either love it or hate it.
