Renault Clio Dci Sport — Cheap to run, deceptively quick, not bad to look at or sit in. Fair service intervals. Quiet and comfortable either on a twisty B-Road or blatting down the motorway. Couple of squeaks from plastics rubbing together.

Pros: Cheap to run, easy to maintain, good performer all-round

Cons: Questionable build quality, eats bulbs frequently!

Best Run Around In Its Price Range — 1.2 Clio Campus. Good little car with solid renault build quality, however not great on motorways.

Pros: Popular, good looks, cheap to run

Cons: Not for motorways

3rd Best Hot Hatch Of 2007 (autocar Magazine) — The first time i saw the Renault Clio 197 i wanted to drive it...so i did, it's quite a good car but in my eyes it's not great (better than the 182 Clio).

Pros: 197 bhp & does 0-60 mph in 6.9 seconds, Sounds Very Nice (Exhaust pops when you change up), really good engine, loves to be highly revved, good driving postion, looks the part, strong brakes, hot looking alloys, huggy sports seats

Cons: Clutch & Throttle are too light, brakes are snatchy, venturi on the back doesn't do anything, not enough low range power (below 3000 rpm), no Sat-Nav
