And Everyday Car And A Fun Weekend Cruiser — Performance - acceleration, braking and handling is just like heaven. It is not a gocart or a Mini in the turns, but it is still fun! Build Quality - Not the best. But it holds :) Appearance - both interior and exterior styling is sporty and not tu much. It is spot on in my eyes Cost of Ownership - gas mileage depends on how hard you push it, maintenance is down to a minimum Fun Factor - is this car fun to drive? Oh hell year!!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The awesome thing is the 17 inc. Rims love them. Got a great grip in the road

Cons: The back seat. Not much leg room

Peugeot 206 1.4 X-line — my specific vehicle has aftermarket 17" rims on it which make the car slightly sluggish. power wise for a 1400 is quite decent. maintenance is very costly, braking and handling is great, appearance is great, very small boot though. overall a very fun car to drive.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: looks, handling

Cons: depreciation value, costly maintenance

Peugeot 206 Verve Buy It!!!!!!! — Sticks to road brilliantly even in bad conditions never needs any repairs in its three year life nicely styled inside and out (to say its the been the same design styling since 98) it still looks fresh and up to date. lots of modification parts to stand out from the crowd cheap to insure and does 46 miles to the gallon from a 1.4 16v GT engine thats not bad going. it gets 105 bhp so its a fun car thats great fun to drive especialy round corners the only bad is it goes through tyres like nobodys buisness but that might just be my driving lol......

Pros: handling, braking, cornering, speed, miles to the gallon, cheap insurnance, no repairs needed (as yet)

Cons: needs new tyres quickly

2007 206 Sport Auto Gearbox — the automatic sport model can only be described as a death trap.. the engin goes off on little rampages and it accellerates on its own. this is deadly on a chaine. almost killed me. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE CARS!!!!!

Pros: not many

Cons: the engin drives its self, this is terrible as it almost killed me

Peugeot 206, Not Really That Bad — I own a 1.4 16v Sport 206, Its Flamenco Red, with added wheel arch extensions, SP font grills, bonnet top grills and rear spoiler. Performance is pretty good for a 1.4 liter engine, handles brilliantly, fuel consumption varies depending on how hard you drive it, lowest I've had is 9,4mpg and highest is around 46mpg. 0-60mph takes just under 10 seconds, the brakes fitted as standard are disks all around with ABS so stopping is delt with nicely. I Purchased my car for £5995 and costs me (an 18 year old boy) £2000 to insure fully comp. Costs around £40 to fill to thanks to the small fuel tank, a tank of petrol lasts me around a week i use mine every day, commuting to work and back. Build Quality, its a Peugeot so you can't expect much, the idea of the 206 has been around for over 10 years now so there is not much that can go wrong that shouldn't be a normal problem with the 206, maybe Engine mounts and the coil going faults (older cars suffer from these problems) It rattles and the clutch peddle squeaks when i take my foot off it, but you get used to the quirky noises after a while, such as the glove box rattle, there is nothing in my glove box and it still rattles. The foot peddles are a bit too close together but you get used to them, if i wear boots i can brake and accelerate at the same time with ease, not a good thing to do but its easily done. I like owning my Peugeot, I've owned 3, my Girlfriend owns one too. I would recommend one but there are a lot of them on the road now so its difficult to be different driving one. Overall a good little car to drive.

Pros: Looks, Handling, Fun To Drive

Cons: Lots around, Rattles,

Peugeot 206 Sedan — Not the best car but for my first drive i actually liked it. Performance wasn't so much good at all mostly because of the low BHP, but reasonable for comfort and style. We had a black, metallic paint one last summer holiday when i was in Iran and seriously i learned alot from it :). For my first car its either a 206 or a Type R. (or maybe something else?)

Pros: Style and comfort

Cons: Performance

Peugeot 206 2006 X-line — I boght this car with 3000 miles, almost new. Since the begining was a wonderful looking car and have great handling and braking, but not so great acceleration. 6 months ago I bought it 17" rims and looks even more gorgeous, but the ride became a little bit rough. I haven't had mecanichal problems of any kind, only it's periodical services.

Pros: Looking, handling, braking

Cons: Acceleration, back door noises

Not Bad To Begin ;) — It's still alive in spite of all bad things i made my 206 supported ^^ But in corners, handling is not so good, or it may is tyres' fault. The engine is a diesel 70bhp, but the car is light, so it's not bad for a young people, but please, look for more power if you have more money !

Pros: consumption, appearance, solid

Cons: not enough power, bad handling
