Excellant Car For Daily Use — Performance - adequate for a 2.4ltr engine, braking good and handling a bit firm. build quality :- excellant, 4.5yrs & 101000kms , one accident and no squeaks/rattles. Appearances:- I liked the exterior more than the interior. Cost of ownership :- no maintenance cost, highway driving i managed to get 33mpg and got a good price when i sold the car. fun factor :- Not actually a sporty car or luxury car to have fun but a serious car for commuting long or short journeys. My experience with this car was good and Ii then decided to upgrade myself to full option Azera 3.3ltrs.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: build quality, reliability and features for the price.

Cons: slippery steering wheel and my car had no lumbar seats.

Best Car Ever Driven, Includin The Passat — I bought this 2006 Sonata premium in sept 2oo5. We wre now jan. 2010. I had no problem whatsoever, only oil changes. Very satified with it. I never expected this result. I have 41000 kms, about 25000 miles. I would buy another Sonata without hesitation.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: confortable and reliable

Cons: nothing negative

My Sonata Short As I Can Get. — Overall a good car in and out. Performance on the car is very good with six-teen inch stock rims riding on Falken ZE-329 rubber. 0-60 mph is in a fairly good range and equals in or around vehicles 5,000 dollars and above more. It equals my brothers TL and is faster than a BMW Z4 automatic V-6. May not sound like much but with it's weight, smooth ride, and quiet functioning it's really a steal for the money. Even after newer better looking models come out 2006 models are still wanted over the newer models. This is a feat considering newer models have better motors. Items included in package are in dash cd player with mp3 capability, a very spacious trunk, room enough for five adults, and much more. All around a great package that can run 155 mph without a hint of effort.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: good average speed, high top end,  lack of a governing chip,  large trunk, smooth ride.

Cons: gauges seem a little out of date, bulbs and such burn out easily,  not really great on gas.

Nice — This is a good family car, but with a little speed. The gas mileage could be better, it gets a little better gas mileage than my chev silverado did in the city but it gets good hwy mileage. No major repairs to it. It looks sleek and makes u feel like u have some money.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: reliable

Cons: gas mileage

It's A Great Car — Well if I may say I'm dissapointed right now it's turning over but not starting. Other than that when it runs I love it. I want a BMW though, but I need to pay off this car first. The performance is great when running The gas mileage is good not great but I drive it around torrington, what can I say

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: safety

Cons: not sure

06 Sonata — very underrated vehicle. 0-60 in 6.6sec, 230KM top end. very much a wolf in sheep's clothing. downside it is a big car and feels the part. this car is at home on the highways not on the streets. all in all it is actually a pretty boring car unless you are beating it like a rented mule.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Straight line performance and styling

Cons: Boring car!

Good College Student Car; There Is A 2.4 L Version Too... — Hyundai's redesign of the Sonata drives great and feels nice to be in. First car I've ever seen that draws 31 MPG hwy out of a V6. It's kind of boring inside except for the Mach Audio system and good working climate control. But, I think the coolest thing they have added is the digital trip computer which now also tells you gas mileage, time driven, and miles to empty along with trip.

Pros: 3.3 L V6 that gets 31 MPG

Cons: Boring to drive

Simply Cannot Be Beat For Its Price. — I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this car. Opting for the 235 hp v6 was a wise decision...as the car can definitely put a smile on your face down a Pennsylvania back road. On a more serious note, the car is simply easy to live with. Comfortable, solid, easy to drive. On the annoyance side, the driver's seat needs some wd-40 as it squeaks a bit, I've just been too lazy to get to it. Gas mileage is decent for a v6...we average about 22-24 mpg around town, in the mountains of western PA. I did have to use my warranty, twice...once for a timing chain tensioner, and again for a startlingly failed alternator. No problems since then, and the car truly is a joy to drive, whether you're pushing it to its limits, or just running errands.

Pros: Stylish, fun-to-drive, easy-to-live with performance.

Cons: It makes my beater '92 oldsmobile feel that much older.

My Sonata — This car overall is amazing. I have the 3.3 litre version and it is just peppy as hell. It has more than enough get up and go for any situation. The stock radio is up to par, and this is if you have the MP3 player CD deck. Sadly the head unit is the only thing left audio wise that is stock the rest is aftermarket. Infinity 6.5s all around and 2 12 inch audiobahns in the trunk...sounds great. I would say check the price of owning it as far as insurance goes, I am 22 and a good deal for me stands around 148 a month most other places wanted 220 plus a month and i do not have any tickets or accidents. The car its self is amazing and very solidly built. Get one if you have the opportunity to or at leaste take one for a drive.

Pros: Performance, Stock MP3 Radio, wheel mounted controls

Cons: No track skip for CDs on steering wheel, price of keeping the flipping car at younger ages
