Dodge Dakota — reliable, durable, comfortable, and lots of power. Have done nothing to it but put tires on it. Goes through anything. Wouldn't trade it for anything, but a dodge ram.... fun to drive. this is my third one, I guess you could say I like the truck.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: Power, room, reliability

    Cons: it sucks... gas

My Last Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Vehicle — This tuck can get the job done. But when It comes to build quality it sucks! loose plastic parts cheap plastic feel all around the truck. But It Is fun to drive! The cost of ownership is higher then what It should be. But due to the bad build quality the cost of ownership is higher.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

    Pros: Nice V8 engine

    Cons: bad build quality

Best Small Size Pickup — comfy, fuel efficent. has lots of power for a v8. like the driverside adjustable seat. freat stock stero. lots of room in the vehicle providing the size of it. carries big loads and holds back on crusie control and tow/haul switch very well. 4wheel drive works exceptionly good, and climes up steep hills very well in 2wheel drive. handles very nicely

    Pros: handleing capability

    Cons: stock lights

My Ride — I like the fact that it is a 4 wheel drive truck and it gets me where I want to go - even in the winter! And I put it in the ditch this winter (one heck of a ride) and my truck withstood the "experience" and showed very little damage! : ) On the downside - gas milage could be better and with gas prices as they are my truck spends more time parked in the garage : (

The Perfect Size Truck For What I Need. — I bought the truck to go to and from work, out to the job site and carry upto 4 adults. It is a nice driving truck that has comfortable seats, and is decently equipped. I didn't buy it expecting Corvette performance, I bought it for taking the family camping and for doing yard work. I also needed to have a reliable vehicle that didn't break the bank. I am quite satisfied with the overall performance and driving experience of the truck. Would I like more power....silly question, but do I need it? No.

Pros: Nice size for taking the kids to gymnastics and having to navigate the parking lots, but still enough truck to get the job done.  Decent torque with the V8.  Dodge always has a great sounding V8!!

Cons: Fuel economy is the same as a full size with the 4.7L V8, and the ride is a little "floaty" when you hit a couple of humps in the road.

Okay Truck For Grocery Getting, Or For Light Work. — I think I would be a bit more inclined to give this truck a better review if it had more options, If I could go back in time I would have never purchased this truck. The ST trim level is the lowest option possible and offers little in the way of options other than a CD player. No tilt, no power anything, no cruise control. All in all this truck should only be used by someone who is looking strictly for a work truck and a work truck only. The 3.7L is a nice smooth V6 and runs very quietly however it offers little in the performance department. I think there are semis and conversion vans that get up and go faster than my truck. The V6 also doesn't offer much of a fuel economy difference between the 4.7L v8 and I think that is a complete joke. All in all though it is a well built truck albeit some of the parts seem cheap especially the plastic that makes up the interior. Also noticeable to me is that the alignment didn't take long to get out of whack.

Pros: Decent fuel economy on the highway, comfortable, decent build quality.

Cons: V6 is highly underpowered, bumpers look like cheap plastic that I could snap with my hands, the interior has a very cheap feel to it and is made of all of the same cheap plastic material, the seats in the back are for some reason separated in the middle and are therefore completely and utterly useless.

Love My Truck — I love my truck. It has a v8 magnum in it and the gas mileage is not that bad. The only thing I don't like is the leak in the passenger side and it is a new truck

Love My Truck! — I absolutely love my '06 Dakota. It has been very reliable (knock on wood)...and very fun. I've only owned it for about a year. I replaced the stock air filter with a K&N cold air intake. I also had the stock exhaust replaced with Flowmaster Delta 40 dual exhaust. The only complaint that I have is that I have an exhaust leak coming from the exhaust manifold. One of the bolts sheered off in the manifold, so its no longer a simple fix. Besides that, I have no complaints.

    Pros: Everything

    Cons: Nothing
