This Car Was Not Made For My Build. — I loved the red; however, the stories are true. I got stopped by the police more and had several small accidents with this car! It had heated leather seats and satellite radio.

Pros: Guys seemed to like the car.

Cons: No tilt wheel to speak of.  I had to manually move the seat back and forth every time I got in or out!

Great Car —

i own a 06 cobalt it is one of my favorite cars it has lot's of power to just be a 1.6 but they make several models of cobalts. it gets great overall gas milage and is a very great comuting car, has plenty of passenger room to be such a small car. Handles, great and has excellent braking, the only downfall i have found in the cobalt is taht the sensor in the shifter somehow stops working, so therefore locks the steering wheel and the ignition. i think it is a factory defect of some kind i have had mine in the shop twice for the same thing. and it is also very hard to change the headlight bulbs. u practically have to take the whole front of the car apart to change the headlight itself lol. it is a really great car for chevrolet though i would definetly reccomend it to someone.the one thing i like about the car also is the battery is in the trunk. i think that is awsome especially if u are planning on putting in a nice soundsytem.it save u from having to run power all the way to the front of the car wich saves money and time. and great for easy access. and i also have to brag on the factory sound system while i'm at it has great highs and lows. u would'nt have to change them if u decided to add some subs for some serious sound. chevrolet has came a long way and is doing an excellent job in making new model cars keep up the good work chevy.

Excellent Car. Great For Commuting. — I used this car to commute to school and work on a daily basis. It averages 30mpg so you don't have to dump money into your gas tank. $15-$20 covered me for a week. It needed some new things to it when I bought it so now it runs like new. It makes turns very smooth, not a lot of under steer. The brakes are very responsive and you feel safe when coming to a stop. Acceleration is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it's really fun to drive. Snow/ice isn't a problem. This car is a like tank in the snow.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: A very nice Sporty, quick, agile car.

Cons: 2 doors so less room in the back if you're carrying 4 people.

Cheap Daily Driver — The best reason to buy a Cobalt is to get one for very cheap with 100k+ miles and then just drive it into the ground. Spending 5k+ on this car would be a travesty given what else you can find for those prices. I wouldn't buy it if I were going to drive 15k miles a year because the fuel economy is below average for this class. The comfort is ok but the internal look is cheap plastic galore.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Hasn't  had significant repair costs, easy for me to get in and out of, and is comfortable for a long drive.

Cons: Plastic galore - looks cheap.  Fuel economy should be better for that size of car.  Little finishing issues drive you nuts, like the button sticking on the shifter because they used a cheap part.   Too much engine noise.  Multiple issues that required recalls or should have been recalls.

My Little Put-put, Has Got Some Get Up & Go! — A few weeks ago, I drove 1084.5 miles in a weekend.... total gas cost was about $180.... not too shabby for 4.29/gallon.... I enjoy driving this car. Love the cruise control, not exactly please with the whole battery in the trunk thing.... but its zippy enough for my liking, not too bad for a 4cyl... =)

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: great car =)

Cons: couldnt say, havent had any major problems....

Makes A Great Car For — This is my 4th car I've owned and it is by far the best car I've owned and my first Chevy. The only thing I regret is buying a coupe. The rear seats in the coupe are too small for anyone over 5'8.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: fuel economy, looks, low maintenance, reliability, great commuter, comfy interior, ride quality

Cons: rear seat is small, Stock radio, interior material quality, blind spots, insurance costs

Nice Lil Car — -Performs ok (could improve with better springs, strut bar, air intake and i would be happier, or upgrade depending on cost) -Occasionally makes little knock noises during steering and squishy sounds over small bumps in road, takes some getting used to. -Antenna looks better when cut off and replaced with smaller one -Great on gas as long as i dont idle or "stop n go" -Car is ok to drive, but could use some fun factor adjustments (" ")

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: good starter to practise learning about the inside out of a vehicle.

Cons: Repairs that i did not investigate, recalls

Good Car If You Find A Good Deal. — Not too much I don't like, other than being too small. The back seat is way too small, even for small children. Great engine, no complaints at all in that department. Electronics are kinda cheesy and cheap(thermometer mainly). No rattles from the interior.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Fun small car with plenty of power!

Cons: Too small.
