Ultimate Driving Machine — It is simply the best I had to date!!! Smooth but yet powerful. Stylish looks but not snobbish!! Now need to improve...hum!??!? What could one want after this convertible. Another convertible, for sure! Just wait and see, the man will shall return!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: power and traction

Cons: lease is over!

Great Car — Amazing to drive. Sticks to the rode without feeling like the car will slip and there's always power when you need it, maybe more than enough. Like every BMW the brakes stop on a dime and if youre not carfull you will be jolted to the front of the car from the force of the brakes. The same can be said for stepping on the gas. With pressing the pedal even halfway, the car throws you back in the seat and takes off, while the rpms read no more than 3500. The engine barely has to work. Switch it to manual shift mode and you will easliy reach 60 in first gear, not that it doesnt shift well automatically.

Pros: Everything

Cons: Price, but what you get for the money is some top shelf German Enginering

Pros: Was a company car - not my depreciation !

I Have Just Had The Car For 1 Week And I Am Learning That It Is A Smooth Rocket — I am just learning the car, but it is extremely smooth corners wonderfully, the acceleration is perfect. I particularly like the seating, it is firm and supportive. The premium sound system is amazing. The sleek styling, especially with the top down is second to none. I am having some trouble with the navigation and overall car settings, but I guess that I just need to spend some more time learning.

Pure pleasure to drive. Suspension keeps the car flat on back roads without a harsh ride. Car is heavy for sure, but power from the engine is nicely matched, 0-60 right around 5.0 seconds, and plenty of power on the highway. At speed, the steering tightens up and the car feels great. Seats hold you tight, and I even get my teen kids into the back seats in this car for short trips! Fantastic buy for sure on these 11yr old cars.

"much better back support and side support, plus the adjustable thigh support and power headrest make the fit perfect."
Would Buy Ranked 2006 Ford Mustang GT Premium Convertible RWD worse.
"Having driven the BMW for a couple weeks now, and the mustang for a week, the mustang had too much body flex for me, and a bit rattly and twitchy on bumpy back roads. The mustang has nothing over the BMW."

"More stylish lines giving it the appearance of a more powerful big brother than the 6 series."

"500 horsepower, bigger wheels/tires, brakes, huge cross drilled rotors, and 7 Speed SMG gearbox that can be driven like the 650i or shifted through all 7 gears without a clutch, and tighter, stiffer suspension and ability to go up to nearly 8000 RPMs !"

Neighbor has this car and it is beautiful. It handles better than the CLK, but it is in the shop a lot. Very easy to get the computer stuff messed up, but if you dont mind that inconvenience, get the car.

"Both are fast off the line, but the BMW seems to have more top end on the highway."

"Wood package, steering wheel in particular. The top has performed better and lasted longer than the neighbors car. I also dont care for the back styling of the convertible top, which likely makes it more expensive to replace."
