05 Toy Corolla — $95 to get from cali to oklahoma. not bad! has plenty of room in all areas. stick is nice and fun for driving but don't like it in traffic. better then a honda for sure! don't buy a honda! still like the exhaust but kinda getting old now.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: gas mileage, roomy & fun.

Cons: noise that i still cant find either in the dash or drivers door panel.

Sweet! — My car gets great gas mileage and it's a toyota, so the quality is great. It's not a sports car or anything, but it's an awesome car. The cost is very low to maintain and not very expensive to buy. It's overall a great car!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: gas milaege

Cons: none!

Solid — no power windows or remote for locks. makes a funny sound if i go over 75 its really annoying. other than that it runs great and handles real good. i've had some close calls, well alot actually. and i love the gas milage.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: gas milage

Cons: not much, msybs kinda girly. but its a respectable car.

I Want My Mpg! — I recently got 42.5 MPG on a trip from Michigan to Illinois. It's rated at 38. Does this mean I'm an exceptionally good driver? maybe, but I set the cruize at 70 and let the traffic just pass me by.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: phenomenal gas mileage with a regular gas engine

Cons: utilitarian features

Xrs — 6 speed manual, 170 hp, great gas mileage, I average 27 mpg with a mixture of city and hwy driving. MPG is closer to 30 mpg if I drive alot of freeway. Definitely more fun to drive than a regular Corolla since it has a sports tuned suspension which is noticeably stiffer than the regular model.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fun to drive, great gas mileage

Cons: only has a 6 speed manual, some people might not like that. I love it.

Corolla — It's a great car overall. Cheap on gas. Cheap on insurance. Great build quality. Peppy little motor. Ugly as sin but then again it's a Corolla. And last but certainly not least, it has Toyota Reliability. What more do you need?
