Review Of The Subaru Legacy 2.5 Gt Limited — the performance of the Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT is suprisingly good. With 250 horsepower and a sporty but not punishing suspension it is entirely capable of keeping up with the more popular WRX. Build quality is very good, I haven't had any squeaks or rattles in two plus years of ownership. The fuel milege is ok, I average about 22-23 MPG. This is a suprisingly good car for the money.

Pros: plenty of power, smooth ride, excellent build qualitly, and lots of extras

Cons: a little thirsty for a 4 cylinder engine

Legacy Wagon — Stock the car is an ok daily driver, slightly modded it is a fun daily driver. Next step is a bigger turbo, injectors and fuel pump. Great to have sleeper status, the car is definitely under the radar! Right now I'm running 268 awhp and 327 all wheel torque. Stock pull was about 200awhp and 200torque. Mods: Cobb DP w/ HFC Crucial UP Cusco Rear sway bar Ion Springs Avo v2 TMIC Avo BOV (50/50 and quiet) Tuned by Camtuning.com @ an altitude of 5000ft

Pros: Great fun on the drive to school or work. I love the turbo and awd.  Cargo space from the wagon has saved me many times.

Cons: Cant think of any...

2005 Subaru Legacy Gt — Great acceleration after turbo spools up, great quality, no rattles, squeaks etc. the handling is pretty good - the factory Bridgestone tires are CRAP. Mileage it ok when you drive it easy - 10L/100km in the city, 8.5 to 9.0L on the highway. the premium fuel only sucks, but it's not mad.

Pros: everything other than the negatives

Cons: Premium fuel only car and no folding rear seat.

The Subaru Review — It's a powerful machine all packed into an attractive package. I enjoy this car the most of all my vehicles. It performs under any weather condition, yet still manages to get decent gas mileage. It has tight handling and superior suspension. The only thing I frown upon is the cost of repairing a foreign car, but fortunately that doesn't happen too often.

Pros: Performance, color, appearance, interior design

Cons: Cost of repairs

Legacy 2.5 Gt — Reliable. Well built. Great performance but suspension is a little soft. Maintenance is about as cheap as it gets for this class of car. Pretty good on gas despite the fact I beat the snot out of it every day. Definitely a great car... comfortable for any trip, but with enough oomph for a fun blast through the country.

Pros: Price, performance, reliability, cost of ownership.

Cons: Suspension is a bit soft.

My Suby — The TRD suspension setup on my xB is better than this LGT. The cloth interior is pretty crappy, I would rather have the xB's cloth interior. The power on this suby is GOD LIKE! The 5-speed manual shifter is a PITA! Brakes can use some work. Sound system stinks as well. Overall, this white pearl all wheel drive turbo 250hp nails you to the seat when you take off but I don't have the confidence when it comes to taking the turns on this car. Without some major suspension work and aftermarket sound system, plus some nice new more luxurious interior upholstery, I think it would be GOD LIKE all in all!

Pros: LOTS of POWER and LOOKS HOT

Cons: SUSPENSION, RADIO, and the INTERIOR UPHOLSTERY STINKS!

Family Sedan Race Car — This is a great family sedan that can blow the doors off of most things on the road. It's highly upgradable if you want some more handling or power. Reliability has been excellent as well, even after harder than normal driving. With the all wheel drive, winter driving goes from a chore to a joy!

Pros: Great handling and power

Cons: Can be quirky electrically

Basic Legacy Gt — Love the speed, wish the buildin quality of the interior was better. Also wish it had telescope wheel and that the radio could be swapped out a bit more easily. Lots of fun to drive and it sneaks up on people - a bit of a sleeper.

Pros: Speed, comfort and looks

Cons: Fuel economy, interior build, factory sound system

All Wheel Drive 250 Hp With 22 Mpg And 4 Doors.. — The 2005 legacy GT is a beautiful, fast mid size sport sedan that will blow your mind when you drive it. Same engine as the WRX, boxter 2.5 liter 4 cylinder with turbo and all wheel drive.

Pros: Speed, handling, torque, all wheell drive

Cons: its not as refined as an audi, but it cost about 15K less
