No manual shift feature is available with the four-cylinder engine. This trim comes standard with all the basic convenience features, including full power accessories, air conditioning, a CD audio system, keyless entry, cup holders and a height-adjustable driver's seat.

The LS comes standard with a 3.8 liter V-6, which generates 230 horsepower and 250 pound-feet of torque. The V-6 is also paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, but a manual shifter is now included. Traction control has also been added.
Although the LS is step above the SE, this trim loses several of the SE's standard features, including leather seats, fog lamps, the rear spoiler and the leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls. The LS adds ABS and an eight-way power driver seat.
