Great Car — this car is built to the best craftsmenship I have ever seen. The 302 HP is enough to make any car scared of it on the road yet little realze that a car this good looking can be so quick. this is one of the best and funnest cars I have ever owned and the soft top is on the complete other end of the spectrum then my old Jeep soft top.

Pros: 302hp, Convertable, 4 seater, FFFAAASSSTTTT!!!!!

Cons: brakes could be better, car is heavy

Clk 500 Cabriolet — Custom ordered this car back in 2004. Had leather sports seats with custom colors. Had a problem with the audio/NAV system where very loud squelching noises would happen if the temperature got too hot. Dealership could never fix the problem. Ended up selling the car for a down payment on a house. Loved driving this car tho, heard they are revising for 2010?

Pros: Fast and fun to drive

Cons: Audio/NAV system emitted squelching sounds when overheated.

Mercedes Clk 200, I Kinda Like The Saab Aswell! — lovely car, had a 200clk, (not on the list), great car, only thing annoyed me was single button for roof etc, before had a saab that windows etc was one button, the merc wasnt, not a major problem but a bit annoying when you're in a hurry. Listen to me moaning about about having a beautiful merc, ungrateful cow! when i went to sell back to garage( after 9 months) they offered 9k less than we paid for it so be very careful, if you decide to sell. will have another one but finances at the mo wont let me,have fun if you can get one, bloody great!!!clk

Pros: if you want people to look at you when the roof is down!

    Cons: ooooh you're a bit flash.....and?

My Toy — simply love it. driving convertible in bay area is such enjoyable event; soft sunshine + clean air (compared to LA, that is) the performance is decent, especially the "S" handling. oh yea, love the engine sound when accelerating; the gas consumption is high, unfortunately, $80 for 250 miles around >_< rather than that it is all cool~~

    Pros: v8 convertible ftw

    Cons: fuel efficiency

Hat Back, Top Back, Aint Nothin But A Young Thug — This car is really a great car to have when your younger because it looks hot. It performs to my expectations. It has great brakes good acceleration and tops out at about 147 which i have tested.

Pros: Great color of car and convertible which makes the car pop.

Cons: Automatic, with tiptronic shifting which sucks cause i have only drivin manuals before.

Great Drive — The car was actually 270CDI, automatic, but a perfect ride. I guess they've implemented everything that Mercedes engineers think of...

Pros: comfort, gadgets, acceleration, handling, ...

    Cons: price?

A Beauty To Behold With Power To Spare, — I've owned my CLK since October of 2014. Not long after my purchase while driving on the freeway I encountered a bump at approximately 60 mph which placed my car airborne for a second or two, when it came down the rear headrest rollbars deployed which required resetting by an certified Mercedes mechanic since the top was up at the time of the incident. It was repaired to my satisfaction and has had no similar problem since then. Understanding this is an eight year old car, I would say it has held up quite nicely. I originally used this as my primary car to drive to client locations, now I primarily use it on weekends for fun. When I purchased the car it had 105 K miles on it, it now shows 118 K miles.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: My CLK is a beautiful piece of art. The lines are graceful and flowing  especially with the top down, It has more than adequate horsepower at at the press of the accelerator all wrapped in a luxurious and comfortable ride.

Cons: Gas mileage is not the best, but that's to be expected with the big liter V8. Also repairs can be a little on the high side.
