My Truck — Great acceleration, can be a bit bumpy to drive due to the heavy suspension. Looks good, low maintenance abd overall fun to drive. Gas can get expensive at around $100 to fill the tank and about 10-12 mpg city and 15-18 mpg highway.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Power and cargo space.

Cons: Gas mileage.

This Is A Wonderful Truck, just More Than I Need. — This Vehicle is more than i need.I have used this vehicle to tow my boat & Harley Davidson. I travel to & from Florida & South Carolina atleast 6 times a year. This is a excellent work vehicle or Tow vehicle. I am moving South so i wont be doing the traveling any longer.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: This Truck is an Animal, nothing it cant do. Want to pull down your house, this will do it.

Cons: 8- 10 MPG

Best Truck I Ever Owned! — Best truck I ever owned! 18 MPG, 0 to 60 in less than 7 seconds, chipped with Edge A2. Tows great with built in trailer brake controls, a major improvement over the 03 I had. Other improvements auto climate control wood grain dash and front end for smother ride. Would recommend it for anyone!

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: everything

Cons: the price of fuel $3.89/gal for Diesel

Pure Power In A Luxury Truck —

I loved my Lariat Power Stroke, man o man, I do miss my 6.0L Power Stroke. Stock the thing was a rocket, had the power to tow anything and with my sct chip she flew. Beat any vw gti, wrx or import I lined up with. I had no problems what so ever with the engine, however my vaccum system for the automatic locking hubs leaked so it didn't work, but the manual lock allowed me to go anywhere. This truck was very fun to drive and I enjoyed going any where in it. I was putting at least 100 miles a day driving it around after school. The seats were very comfortable, the dash is the setup is great except I didn't have a volt meter and when my alternator went it was hard to see that it was, so I ended up with two dead batteries. But the truck was just perfect, it jumped when I said jump and pulled what I wanted to pull. I did not find one thing that it couldn't pull. I see other stock 6.0L Power Strokes struggling on the highway with their horse trailers that are 20 feet, and I would blow by them with my 22 foot pontoon boat like nothing with the help of my chip. All they need is a chip, an exhaust and an intake, and the turbo will run cooler and the truck will be able to pul anything.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: EVERYTHING!

Cons: Some minor reliabilty issues

Ranch Truck — Good ranch truck. I like the 5.4 3v for off road use. Locking hubs are better for off road as well. Hauled 16,000 lbs well. 12 mpg. Built tough. I like how the silver paint has held up. It isn't a ranch truck unless it has a bench seat.

Pros: It's paid for.

Cons: none to speak of

Good Value For The Power — Nice truck for farm or construction work - would not be afraid to get in this truck to drive it coast to coast. This truck is strong for towing and hauling big loads. The bed is the midsize bed that gives you room to haul without the extra length of the harder to park long bed truck. Only interior issue is the drivers seat shows wear from getting in and out frequently. New seat cover to dress it up a little and perhaps a set of running boards.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Great power for hauling and towing bigger loads and farming or construction.

Cons: 6,0 is a more costly maintenance engine as it should have some Hotshots additive at each oil change to operate the injectors at better flow
