Crystal's Dodge — My truck is cool & I'm not going to dis it. It needs to be washed the Spring weather & dirt roads has it looking just lovely. My truck has its memories of good times. It's alright and still has a lot of life left in it.

Pros: It takes me where I want to go.

Cons: It needs to be cleaned professionally

Dodge Dakota Laramie 4 Wh Drive — Great size truck, not quite full size, it's got a very comfortable leather interior, seats 4 (quad cab) with 4 wheel drive. Handles well, gets good gas mileage. Roomy, handles well in all kinds of weather and terraine. Would recommend to a friend. Fun factor is a 10.

Pros: No too big, luxurious, quad cab, leather interior

Cons: none that I can think of

Trucks, The Only Utility Vehicle — I'm a truck fan. I love pick-ups, always have always will. Trucks are the original & only true Utility Vehicle. SUV's are for wanna be's that want a truck, but realize they should have a mini van. If you are thinking of an SUV, skip it. A pick-up can come with four doors, large back seats, and have more cargo room than any SUV. Choose a tonneau cover or cap depending on the cargo you will carry.

    Pros: It's not an SUV

Cons: I should have bought full size

Fully Loaded — My first Dodge that I ever purchased. Not a bad rig, except for the brakes. They're lousy! Should've been better since my truck came with a tow pkg. At any rate, this beast has every option that was available in '05 (minus ABS, sunroof and leather).

Pros: Strong V8, power seat, tow and convenience pkgs.

Cons: Drinks a lot of gas!

It's Mine And I Love It! — Perfect small pickup, much better than a chevy or a ford. Bigger engine, cab, bed, bigger all around.

    Pros: 4.7 L 306 HP, Quad cab. 4X4

    Cons: Gas mileage - 13mpg.

Good Truck For Work Or Cruising — A good, solid Mopar truck that is great as long as you spring for the 4WD, V8 model. Even though it may sound like it will be a lot worse on gas, in reality it won't be. Trust me, been there, done that! An overall nice truck.

Pros: appearance, ride height, dependability, ergonomical

Cons: fuel economy, traction (2WD model only), wheel size (even 18's seemed small), engine

My First New Vehicle — I loved this truck for the 2 years I had it. It had a V8, 4WD, and a 6-speed manual transmission. I factory ordered it exactly how I wanted it. It drove beautifully, and hauled a load in the back handily, although it didn't like trailers too much. I beat on it a little bit, and it constantly found itself back at the dealer's service department. The service and repair history on this thing was insane! Other than that, I loved this truck, but she started falling apart at about 70,000km's, was HORRIBLE on fuel, and consequently had to go

    Pros: Good fun truck

Cons: Questionable Quality, essentially a 2-seater, but had seat beats for 5

Good Midsized Truck — Performs all duties I need as a truck (towing other cars, hauling dirty stuff) while performing ok as a daily driver in urban/suburban traffic. Small enough to park almost anywhere you can park a car, V8 power and capable tower for open trailer hauling other cars. Nice back seats even for adults.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: four doors, small enough to park almost anywhere you can park a car, V8 power and capable tower for open trailer hauling other cars.

Cons: Front brake issues started at about 71k miles. Seems caliper mount flex allowing front pads to stay engaged to rotor. Replaced calipers, rotors, pads (all Carquest $292.47). Brakes started sticking again at 81k miles. Disassembled filed & greased pad guides, replaced calipers (NAPA parts $76.99 x2) but mixed and matched filed and adjusted caliper brackets for best alignment. Issues again at 94K miles. Replaced calipers, rotors, pads, brake fluid (Autozone, NAPA, Advance mix of parts - $301 total).  truck totaled in accident at 102k miles but brakes were still working ok.
