Good Family Truck, But Needs Some Updates — I love the power that the 5.3 smallblock V8 has in this application. Also good handling for such a large SUV. The interior falls short of the competition. Too bad GM won't update Trailblazers.

    Pros: V8, Handling, Room

Cons: Interior plastics/design, No more EXT model

Nice Ride For The Money — Nice ride with lots of room, and decent gas mileage. However, accessibility to the third row could be improved. The headrest of the second row seat, hits the front seat when folding. The Trailblazer drives like a luxury car, and has very little pitch when turning corners. Overall, a very nice ride for the money.

A Good Truck — I purchased this vehicle used in 2010 and it has had its share of mechanical issues. Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty. She's very reliable and fortunately all of her issues were able to be handled easily through the local GM dealerships. I still would recommend this vehicle if you have the opportunity.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: Big and brawny

Cons: She's been in the shop more than she should be
