The Previous Golf Was Much Better !! We'll Get Another Golf. — Build quality good, powerful engine, good acceleration, leather seats OK ( but we think cloth better!); BUT above all this car is Rubbish in winter. It wouldn't move last year - we live below a slope. Had to take people to work in my Skoda!

    Pros: The badge.

    Cons: Winter traction.

The Ultimate Driving Machine — Tight on cornering, low centre of gravity offers more accurate control, pass 120kph drop her into 6th gear and the Msport gearbox releases the turbo charge, pushes her up to 150kph way too easily, flared wheel arches, side skirts and spoiler go to work downward force sticks her to the road! got to take foot off excelerator when she gets to 190kph .....she wants more road!!!! Built for the autobahn ....driven for pure pleasure!!! My model is the 170bhp M Sport turbo charge diesel 4 cylinder common rail engine very rare in Irleand, but so much fun!

Pros: fast, looks great, reliable and dependable German engineering

Perfect For The Daily Drive, Or Sporty Road Trips Down The Coast — I have the M sports package with CD changer in the trunk. When it's clean and shiny it gets taken for brand new. I love the rally style... it's not my first BMW, and it certainly won't be my last :)

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: Looks great, classic styling

Cons: Hmm... can't think of any?

This Is Possibly The Best Car You Can Buy For The Price. — This is a spectacular car. I travel a lot, so I wanted a solid, nice car for a good price. I bought an '05 325i last year in 2009 and got exactly what I wanted!! The car was $15,000 with 38,000 miles on it. I've since put 20,000 miles on it and cannot complain! The car is fast, fuel efficient, and sleek. The ONLY problem I had was with a bad ground wire on the rear tail lights. Apparently, this is a common problem on the E46, so I changed out the ground wires and bought some LED tail lights on eBay for $120.00 (which look way better than the OEM lights). Aside from that, the car has been perfect. I plan to keep it for about 150k miles and then trade is on the new model 3-series.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Inexpensive way to own an iconic german luxury sedan.

Cons: I wish I had bought one a long time ago...

Great!! — Performance: Acceleration good, thanks to the Turbo-Diesel. The brakes, are really good aswell as the handling. Build Quality: Only some re-paint, for the rest, really nice made. Appearance: It has the M pack, with nich 18º wheels and White Colour, looks really sporty. Cost of Ownership: Maintenance: depends if u take it to the brand shop. Fun Factor: Its just a BMW, and you feel really good driving one, u dont care its sounds like a taxi because of its diesel engine, u just enjoy every second u drive it.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Its really nice to drive

Cons: It dosent have a sporty engine sound

It's For Those Who Want To Enjoy Their Car — It's a BMW, what's not to like? Wish it were the M3 so it had more performance and power. The steering and turning is amazing. It's extremely beautiful. The gas mileage is ok, but you don't own a BMW for the gas mileage. Fun factor - 90 out of 100. Only the M3 would be more fun.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: It's a BMW

Cons: You care more about gas mileage than awesomeness

Good Fast Bullrt Proof Car — extremly fast great handling usual bmw refinement making it a pleasure to drive , found that it made people jealous at times especially when there in there boy racer pimped out cars and they just see your rear lights getting fainter , and your only playing with them run flat tires get eaten every 8-10k and £1200 a full set no cheap

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: accelleration

Cons: issues with alloys breaking see watchdog website

Great Car — Nice acceleration when its in tiptronic, stops on a dime, and its a BMW, of course The only problem thus far was the rear driver window which would move slow. Personally I like the appearance of it, its sleek especially when the tops down. Just like the Expedition, its an expensive car but gets way better gas milage. And its probablly the most fun car to own, unless you have the money for a ferarri or something along those lines.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Fast

    Cons: No backseat?
