Summer Ride — I have a 5-speed. It's a fun car to drive. Lots of trunk space. All controls are well placed except the power seat controls. Pretty good on gas. Comfortable on long runs & quiet.

Pros: Economical, quiet, handles great, brakes in a straight line.

Cons: top speed govenored out at 200km/per hr.

I Feel Like An Old Man Driving This Car ... — I'm not exactly young (38), but I feel even older when I drive my parents 2002 Toyota Camry. The styling is nothing spectacular both inside and out. It handles like a car twice its size and the V6 feels like it has less power than my sisters 4-cylinder Honda Accord. I guess it's not a bad car for my parents, but I certainly wouldn't want to own one. I like crisper handling and loads of power. This car is a disappointment to me, but I'm sure others find it somewhat "luxurious". Anyway, my parents are happy with it and it has been a reliable form of transportation for the last 3+ years.

Pros: Not terribly expensive.  Nice smooth ride.  Soft driver and passenger seats.

Cons: Sloppy steering.  Tons of body roll.  Very little power.

I Like My Care Just Little Things That Are Going Wrong. — 2004 is a great year but I have already had to change the front leather seat because it cracked and now it is cracking again.

Reliable And Roomy And Economical. — For what it is, it is great. Inexpensive and very reliable. Takes regular gas. Bigger than the "small car" category so it feels roomy enough for me at 5' 10'. I got this LE model with leather seats and it has been easy to keep clean for a super white car.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Inexpensive to operate 4 cylinder with adequate HP -- not meant for luxury or extreme speed.

Cons: Sometimes wish for a little more HP than 157.

Great Vehicle — This vehicle is comfortable and very luxurious for a 2004 model. The gas mileage is fantastic which equals some hybrid models on a long trip. Maintenance and upkeep has NOT been expensive and the handling is smooth - a pleasure to drive.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: This car is stylish, roomy and gets great gas mileage.  It is a low maintenance vehicle and has been serviced at a Toyota dealership.

Cons: No controls on steering wheel for stereo.
