Rally Spec Scooby — Driving Day: The Subaru was a stripped out rally version and therefore very hard for me, as a petite female, to drive with much force needed on the pedals! Classic Subaru blue with all the added performance you could wish for from the STI tuning. Def would be great to try on a proper rally course.

Pros: Acceleration

Cons: Hard pedal operation

Scooby Wrx Ppp — Fantastic, Mines not a STi but a WRX PPP Wagon. 50k miles. Purchased to replace a classic that fell off the road. Npt as raw and the steering feel is not as good however as an alrounder it's a far nicer car to live with. PPP suspension firms things over standard.

Pros: Performance, handling, tactile experience

Cons: Interior

Needs No Introduction — If you can deal with the polarizing hood scoop and rear wing, this car may be the ultimate four season car. It is probably faster than 95% of all cars on the road in the summer AND winter. Subaru is known for its reliability so that is not an issue. This car is fun to work on and maintain. The rear seating area could be bigger...could also use rear seat pass through. Paint chips a bit too easily.

Pros: Ungodly fast with some bolt on mods and tune, AWD is great in all seasons, gets lots of looks from just about everyone, easy and fun to work on

Cons: Frustrating when you can't use its full potentail on a daily basis, mediocre MPG, cramped interior

Sti Test Drive — Great preformance. Go play in traffic is a good term when you have access to one of these. It has quick acceleration, sharp handling, and quick brakes. Very fun to drive.

Pros: Handling and preformance are awesome

Cons: I can't afford it...

The Best Car Ever......when Its Not Getting Repaired In The Garage! — Amazing performance and handling that not many other cars can match in this price range.Such good fun to drive but sadly let down by high running costs and very poor reliability.

Pros: Performance, styling and fun factor.

Cons: High running costs and poor reliability

Subaru Impreza Wrx (prodrive Pack) — Expensive on: Fuel (as low as 10mpg..avg 23) Parts Servicing Tyres (3complete sets 18mnths) Brakes (3sets18mnths) Speeding fines Good on: Performance (prodrive pack of course) 0-60 under 4.8sec. V.Max 150+ Looks (not bugeye) Handling (though tended to understeer) Reliability: I had WRX c/w PPP (NOT sti) and had crankshaft fail (twice) and also the rear diff: exploded....leaves me thinking PPP on non red top engine might be a mistake. Intercooler to small also, loss of power when really working it.

Pros: Performance

Cons: Reliability, fuel consumption

Punish The Pavement! — I'm completely sold on Subaru as a manufacturer. I've owned a Forester before I got this STi. It was a joy to drive and ran superbly. Subarus can take the most extreme punishment & still perform perfeclty. I recommend Subaru to everyone!

Pros: Bullet-proof all-wheel-drive standard on all models, outstanding reliability & durability, fantastic performance on turbo models.  Great dealer support.

Cons: Fuel economy is not as good as some other manufacturers due to all-wheel-drive on every model.  And you'll want to drive it FAST all the time!

Most Fun You Can Have With Your Clothes On, Seriously... — Everything you have been told about these cars is true, they are truly that good...

Pros: Mind boggling, break every law  created by man or god FAST. Knife edged handling, massive brakes, fantastic noises, etc...

Take no prisoners, make no apologies, street legal-sh rally car :D

Cons: Fuel mileage, getting pulled over weekly for doing nothing, expensive, cheap fit and finish for a 30k+ car...
