Seat Leon Tdi Cupra — Brakes aren't the best but upgrades are available using larger discs and better callipers. Solid build quality, interior switches and dials feel well assembled. Climate control standard on the model I bought - works very well. Good on fuel - averaging well over 40 mpg. Acceleration is good but feels like it could be better - more than likely cured by a remap. Intercooler hoses are a problem on these, but are not too difficult to change.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: looks, quality, cheap to run

Cons: bad design of intercooler hoses

It's A Diesel But It's Bloody Quick! — What can i say, it's a VW golf in disguise, and cheaper! 6 speed box, 17" wheels. 6 cd auto changer as standard. Comfortable. Great car.

Pros: Fast, loads of mpg

Cons: diesel is expensive, £63 a tank, MAF sensor common on breaking on all VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda engines.

Most Bhp For Money Spent. — 0-60 - 6.9 secs, Top Speed 150 mph. Superb Build Quality and 1.8Turbo similar engine to Audi S3 (Mk1) & Audi TT (Mk 1) Brembo brakes are phenomenal

Pros: Great looking car and Brembo Brakes provide amazing stopping power

Cons: Munches through front set of tyres every 10k miles approx plus Brembo brake compund very soft so needs changing often along with discs!
