Classic 911 — Driving Day: my 2nd favourite car as it was easy to drive, amazing performance & really good fun. 996 model was good-looking, well built and only surpassed by the 997! Couldn't believe how was it was to drive with light clutch, responsive throttle & firm brake pedal. A real star and one to covert in the future.

Pros: Performance, easy to drive

Cons: Not a 997!

2004 Porsche Carrare 911 C4s — Overall an awesome car for responsiveness, acceleration, handling and prestige appeal. No repairs required in 4+ years and 50,000+ miles. Interior and exterior trim and fit are very clean and tight without any noticeable degradation from day 1. Gas mileage over the life of the car has been an amazing 19.6 Fun factor? I can't drive anything else now !

Pros: Too much fun

Cons: -----NA-----

The Benchmark Balance On Form & Function! — I've had my 2004 Carrera 4s for a year now. This following owning 3 Corvettes. The driving experience is absolutely unequaled. The 911 is BUILT right. (It's a lot MORE than a driver's car. I should know -as my winter ride is a BMW 335i.) Don't drive one unless you're prepared to buy one.

Owner for 1 years, 0 months

Miles Driven per Year:3,000

Pros: build quality, handling, braking acceleration, Sport Exhaust, interior leather, vista, driver
confidence

Cons: storage space (as if this really matters!)

Was The Best 911 Turbo Ever Made When I Drove It (2005) — It´s acceleration is unique, there´s no words for it. You only have to touch the accelerator and it´s like bending space and time, it´ll get you there in no time, the engine roars as only a Porsche can do it. And you stick to the seat like if you are fusing with it. That´s the accelaration in a Porsche 911 Turbo. Oh and this was a 996 plattform

Pros: Acceleration like no one
Best Overall Quality
Engine sound
Turbocharged
Gorgeous

Cons: Fuel consumption, but it´s not a big deal if you can afford a car like this.

Point And Shoot, Brakes Optional, Goes Where You Tell It To — Looks funny but grows on you, easy seats, Manual box is just excellent Mechanical grip is very good, hardly ever lets go, the traction overlord sleeps and takes a lotta waking, Acceleration is blistering, Easily the Best car I have ever driven.

Pros: 4 wheel drive

Cons: Too bloody expensive

Is The Business. — must have a sun roof if you dont go for the cab, sat nav is a must have, costs a bit but performance is out of this world.

Pros: l drove it better than JAS (hubby) but he wont admit it.

Cons: nothing

My C4s — Performance is very very good :) Handling and brakes are awesome. Looks gorgeous. I love it. Only had it a while so cant comment on reliability etc. The Tiptronic gearbox seems excellent. Came with a hard-top for the winter. Fuel consumption is better than I expected.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: A car with a truly beautiful rear-end :)

Cons: The Sat Nav is rubbish and you need to travel light

Nothing Drives Like A Porsche — I have two now and am now looking at the ultimate one. A GT3 or a GT3RS. Nothing beats the way these cars launch, since the motor sits right over the back tires. Incredible grip, road feel, balance and sports car adrenaline all in one package.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Handling, Brakes, Acceleration. Pure driving enjoyment.

Cons: Cost

Makes You Feel Good — I bought this car because I have always loved the Porsche 911 I restored a 1982 911 Targa SC and sold it when my kids started college. I retired 4 years ago and bought this car to get back into the Porsche club as a hobby type thing. I still love these cars but this car does not need to be reconditioned ,and I am finding out that I loved working on the old car almost more than driving it.This car has new brakes new tires excellent paint and interior. I am selling because I think I would prefer an older car I can restore.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Handling, acceleration, braking, fun factor is off the chart.

Cons: Trunk space,
