Sold mine four years ago and have regretted it almost every day since. These are a great way to relieve stress. The drive is very analog and very involving if not stupid fast like so many cars today. You can actually explore more than 6/10s on public roads without risking life or a trip to jail! They are also a safe buy if you get a car with a good history and complete maintenance as they are at the bottom of the depreciation curve. If you are an enthusiast, you owe it to yourself to own one at least once.

I Love It, And It's Paid For. — I like it all..........JC---it's a Porsche!! Same specs as the turbo. Body style, brakes, handling, would be hard to beat. Doesn't do zero to sixty in under four seconds, as it has only the style but not the power of a 911Turbo. Great suspension and tight handling. Drove the turbo before I bought it, but decided on this, as I wasn't quite ready to die yet.......or lose my license.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Simply gorgeous!

Cons: None

Porsche 911 Carerra Convertible — Made for the garage great to look at. Porsche styling a car with an ageless look. Great for the track, around town or going on a long trip. Best car for the money with resale value. Everyone should experience a Porsche in their lifetime.

Pros: Sports car, fun, race car

Cons: Dealer service

A Thrill To Drive! — This is just a nice weather "Toy" for me. It is a BLAST to drive. I would say you would be very hard pressed to find a nicer 04 Carrera 911 out there with 17,000 pampered miles on it. Great handling, quick and just a joy to drive.

Pros: This car is a dream for anyone who loves cars.

Cons: Basically a 2 seater. Little trunk space

Great, Fun Car! — This was my My 1st Porsche and certainly will not be my last. Very reliable and fast. Handles beautifully, tires last maybe, 20k miles. 996 headlights not my favorite, but the Motor is very strong and has a nice note. I sold it for an E92 M3, it has more room and is still fun to drive. A used 996 with less than 40k miles for around $35k is a great/fun first affordable Porsche.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Takes curves Better than most cars out there..The AWD really makes a difference.

Cons: Lack of storage the biggest. Arm rest pads are not padded. Long drives hurt my back.

Awesome — Noisy, loud, rough riding, low clearance, stiff clutch. However, it is awesome. Great engine, it sings all the way to 8,200 rpm. Rugged transmission, tuned suspension for great handling. Massive front brakes. Overall great engineering. I know this car is not for everyone.

Pros: Engine sound, power, design, etc. Great handling, Great brakes

Cons: None as of yet

Exhilarating! — great handling sports car, feel the acceleration and power once you hit the gas pedal, great manual 6 speed shift all in the palm of your hand. all wheel drive is an added plus once you hit the corners and curves, you are in control all the time.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: acceleration, power, comfort and handling

Cons: maintenance cost

Great Fun Motoring With Excellent Performance — This is an awesome vehicle. All wheel drive combined with a turbo rush and the wind through your hair. Very easy to get into trouble with this car, it wants to do much more than legally allowed on the road... This is what makes it a great car for DE events on the track.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Looks, Perfomance, Handling

Cons: Automatic rear spoiler
