Fun Not Practical — its fun to drive but very impractical and not as fast as it should be. and it is very expensive. kinda noisy on the road. engine revs really high when you're over 80 making gas milage even worse lol. its really fun to drive. especially in the snow.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: grip

Cons: mpg

Mazda Rx8 The Ultimate Drive Machine. — I love this car, it performs great, is very stylish, and I haven't had any mechanical issue's with it. The only negative thing I can think of is that it burns gas... Fast, but nonetheless I still love this car. The best car purchase I've ever made.

Pros: It's fun, responsive, stylish, and have four seat just incase you need them.

Cons: If you're looking to save gas, don't get this car.

Great Car, But In The Wrong Price Range. Other Cars At The Same Price Have Better Performance... — First car. It is now sold. Was a GREAT handling car with the right tires and tire pressures, but def lacked in the power department. Powerband was weak until 7300+ RPM which was only good for track days. Car was extremely expensive to modify and without special tools, do not attempt internal work...

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great B-Stock Car. Handles well. Chicks dig it.

Cons: Power.

The Bandits Kryptonite — tempermentale these mazdas rx8 are you have to respect her the same way and at the same time she is awesome meaning start up and shut down yu have to give time for the car to warm up once its warm she will give tons of pleasure she sounds good and ready to take on any road and when shuttting her dwn give her time to decompress at least 10 to 15 seconds before shutting her dwn completly and yu will never have any problems in staring her up again you have to feel and be part of the car. i have left my rx8 stock she is great just the way she came out of the japanese plant

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: everything

Cons: automatic but trip tronic is great

Awesome. :p — Pretty nice build quality, really good performence (0-60mph in 6.4 sec) with top speed round about 140mph. It does drink lots of gas but it's worth it, great car to drive. I would strongly recomend that car to anybody who can afford it's costs of ownership.

Pros: Engine

Cons: MPG

Functional And Expensive To Operate And Maintain — acceleration 0-30 sucks, after 30 does great, solid car, quiet inside, great styling inside and out, crappy gas mileage 15 in town, 22 out of town, extremely comfortable seats, really cool night time dash lights, 3rd doors is a bonus if you have children, center console also in the rear, corners nice, pulls to the right or left if there is a pot hole or dip in the rode. engine is quite. radio lacks a little base. maintenance heavy with spark plugs costing 20-40 dollars a piece.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: comfort, originality, functionality

Cons: maintenance

Mazda Rx-8 — If Mazda could have left the turbo in for the RX-8 this thing would be amazing. Gas mileage is horrible but thats the cost of owning a sports car right? Accel isn't great but the handling, feel of power, two tone seats are amazing. Slap in a turbo and I'd be more than happy to boast Mazda all day. Body kit in storage waiting to be put on!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Handling, Styling, Much Much More

Cons: Gas Mileage, Acceleration

If I Could Have This Car With A V8 Engin In It It Would Be The Best Car Ever — Floods all the time and Mazda has no clue how to fix is.... Doesnt go in the snow at all... Minor repairs cost big bucks... Expensive to keep the body up id someone hits you and leaves... small dent = 800 dollar repair...

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: looks amazing, turns heads

Cons: engine and snow driving
