My Overall Impression Of My Rx8 Is That It Was A Well Built Vehicle, Very Solid. — It took me a couple of months to get use to the rotary engine but now I love it. If you just get to know what is expected to maintain the rotary engine you will be fine and enjoy owning one as much as I'm.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: There are many pros to owning an RX8 but the main one would be its performance and coming in close second would be how sexy the car is. LOL.

Cons: I have owned various makes and models of vehicles, I am really particular about visibility. So I was extremely please with the excellent visibility in my RX8.

My Dream Car — Love the car! Beautiful! Uses a decent amount of Premium gas and repairs can be very costly because it's not being made anymore and it's a rotary. Still my weekend car! So much fun to drive and to show off!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Everything

Cons: Nothing

Screaming Engine! — Love the engine and its sound. Materials quality is on par with a Japanese sports car. Plenty of bang for your buck. Goes like mad you never realize how fast you're going because you're always just lost in the pleasure of performance.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Peppy and hugs the road like its got gecko in its DNA

Cons: 30k tune up interval.

Sporty Love — Love the care wish it could fit all other 4 members of my family which make me really sad. Very fast with out the vibration and other noise racking that other cars while traveling at great Speeds. Comfort while traveling long distance as well.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Very fast and best care ever owned by me.

Cons: Small trunk

Great Sports Car, A Definate Head Turner, But Be Prepared For The Upkeep — I loved this car, strictley a no winter(snow car) have a garage for it makes everything easier. the car demands your attention basically for it to run and perform its best can't be lazy, make sure you have another vehicle, this car should be a project car were little by little u add to performance or looks, more so a toy for grown ups.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Looks, how it drove, quick, lots of fun, lots you can due to them, mazda's last long time

Cons: upkeep, goes thru more oil due to the rotary engine, insurance exspensive. only real room was in the trunk but I had a system in mine so. and upkeep so the car stays pretty,

Sports Car, Not A Daily Driver. — This car is strictly for performance. 50/50 weight distribution. Not the quickest car out there but will give many a run for the money. The Rotary engine screams at high revs of close to 10K RPMs! Not very fuel efficient. I am getting about 14 mpg. You have to keep an extra eye on your fluids, not like most cars.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great looks, style and mediocre power. Easy access to back seats due to suicide doors, for a "coupe."

Cons: Gas and foot room in back seats. Eats oil. Have to keep an eye on fluids.

My Rx-8 — I just love looking at and driving this car. Handles like a dream and speed though a turn is amazing. Maintenance for the car is kinda high but in owning this car for a few years now I havent had any issues. I drive it like it was made to and will never stop.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: handling, looks, power, weight ratio

Cons: cost, and no stock forced induction

I Love It, But.... — Love it, an absolute blast, when it works. Also fulfills the "will it start" roulette requirement I seem to have for cars. Now I've been banned from Alfa's this is near enough. Now on my second engine, kinda says enough about reliability. Had to take out a second mortgage to fill it with fuel. Parts are astronomically priced (£200+ for an engine coolant header tank, 1k+ for a cat)

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Handling, performance, styling, personality

Cons: ecoonomy, price of parts.
