Zoom-zoom Mazda 3 Sp23 Hb — So this is a 2004 sp23 (sport package 2.3) hatchback, a very kick ass car, most would think mazda pffft nothing much...wrong! but this sport package is ripping the asphalt from beneath your tires, looks can be deceiving, haha who knew?

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: great on gas, and also accelration is crazy good.

Cons: hard to find body kits, not too many performance parts,

I Love It. — It's definitely got a lot of pep for a little 4 cylinder. It corners great too. Plus I have a really good warranty, so it's not costly yet. Also, it's very fun to drive. Very spunky. =) And I've named my little car too. She's my little kitten.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: gas mileage, fun to drive, practical.

Cons: It doesn't ride as smoothly as my Buick.

Best Value For The Money! — Excellent Car!, has 160K (KM), trouble free. Still get the looks. Just changing oil, brakes, tires, air filter, oil filter (typical maintenance). Drives a lot like a German car, tight, precise steering, lots of low end grunt. Road noise can be a little excessive.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: rain sensing wipers, auto headlights, reliability, looks, high end interior

Cons: Too much road noise, lack of heated seats in 'i' model.

A Blast To Drive, Just As Long As You Don't Know Me, You Can Get One If You Find One... — Extremely fun to drive, feels fast, even though the stock 2.3L 4-cyl engine puts out 150 bhp and the 0-60mph is roughly 8 sec. The manual version of this car is the only way to go. This car is just a blast to drive, you can feel the road and the tight handling is just great.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Very fun to drive, Feels zippy

Cons: very light car, dangerous in bad weather (snow mainly)

A Pleasure To Own! — Performance- Acceleration is good for a 4-cyl, but the fact that it's FWD isn't the best. Braking is very good, and handling is fantastic. Even with a mediocre set of tires, the Mazda3 is practically glued to the road. Build Quality- There are some rattles, specifically "glovebox rattle", a common occurrence in Mazdas, I've heard. Easy to fix, but obnoxious nonetheless. Appearance- Interior is very tasteful. Build specifically for drivers. Good amount of interior space, too. The 2004-2009 front fascia is much more aggressive than the new, smiley 2010s. Cost- Great gas mpg, cheap maintenance. Overall, awesome. Fun Factor- This car is a blast. It will surprise you how great it handles on back-roads, and is very nimble.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great handling, tasteful styling, affordable.

Cons: Delicate front end.

Easy Car To Own — car is great, although expensive. very fun to drive. gets surprisingly good mileage and has enough power to overtake anywhere you need to. I have never had to put alot of money in the 5 years i owned this car although the tires end up being a bit expensive if you don't shop around

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: performance and econmy

Cons: room in the hatch

The 3! — Great car for the price range. Loads of power and the auto/manual transmission is a great feature. It makes it fun to drive when you want to have a little fun! This is a great car to handle many jobs and still be fun.

Pros: Power, styling, handling, affordability.

Cons: Attention to detail lacking.
