You Know You Want To Drive This Car. — Good acceleration, a bit too heavy car though. Bad quality of plastics inside, really good looking, fun to drive, hard suspension. A bit too heavy a gas drinker, maintainance and sevicing too expensive as well. Good brakes, nearly perfect handling.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: It gives you lots of fun on the road.

Cons: Expenses.

Money Well Spent — Its fun, exhillirating, exciting, reliable, stylish, fantastic, tenacious grip - you have to have driven one to appreciate its funness! Its the best car I have ever owned and will most certainly have another, perhaps a cooper S or something maybe.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Point & squirt style handling

Cons: Expensive when the roof disfunctions

Mini Cooper S — This is by far one of the best values. With a supercharged 1.6 l this car has plenty of moving power but with the advantage of a lightwieght body it still manages to get amazing fuel economy. I wish i could by a flock of MINI's and move to the countryside.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun to drive

Cons: I can only afford one

Fun To Drive. If You Must Have A Mini Get The Warranties And Sell Before It Starts To Have Problems. — Mini Coopers are fun cars to drive. Get a Mini and you have an instant rapport with a whole world of Mini Cooper Fans. What is the downside of owning a Mini? The cost & frequency of repair can be devastating. I drove a Certified Pre-owned Mini Cooper S with extended warranty 15,000 miles. I took the car in for the annual check up and learned that the clutch, tire arms, tires, tire bolts and other parts needed to b replaced. I have an estimated $6,600 in repairs, the equivalent of 1/3-1/2 the value of the car today. Just 8 months ago, the dealership changed the oil, crankshaft pulley & other parts. Fortunately, the parts were under warranty. If you are determined to buy a Mini Cooper, first try to talk yourself down. Certainly you can rent a Mini for a day and fulfill the urge for fun. Of course, if you must get the car, get the warranties and strap yourself in. Mini ownership is a bumpy costly ride. Check out the forums for details on repairs. Know before you buy.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Driving is fun and parking easy

Cons: Reaper of Repair

Fun Car With To Little Fun — definitely a fun car, but too little power in low RPM, excellent suspension, drives like a cart, no modifications necessary, good handling, great craftsmanship, excellent quality overall, not economic at all for a car in that category, gas suspension is unreal when you go on the highway and ride it beyond the 200km/h mark

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Handling

Cons: Performance

Sexy — great handling, great acceleration, funky dashboard, six speed manuel transmission, leather seats, electric blue color, white stripes, supercharged, 1.6 L engine, costs about 20,000 $ people say that is is very expensive according to its size, but trust me it is worth it and fuel efficient and very fun to drive

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: fun to drive

Cons: never
