Fun, Sporty Car, Safe, Reliable, No Repairs Neccessary — fast acceleration, brakes very good, always in control driving this car, depends on how you drive of course, i felt safe and had fun to drive it. Need smaller car, no more family members to drive around. Last half year drove it only to work and shopping.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: very reliable, starts even in extreme cold. has bra, sun/moonroof, roof rack, good tires, trailer hitch, 4 cd changer, radio, cruise control  etc

Cons: gas mileage not too great

Very Reliable, Bad On Gas — Pretty solid, strong, reliable vehicle. Some components seem to not hold up over time though. Have put 75k miles on my 2004. Original window motors have high chance of failure, cost around $400 to replace each one. Had 3 replaced. Some driver's seat components have failed. Seatback adjustment lever broke off. Seatbelt lock broke, seatbelt fraying, and leather prematurely worn. Gets the same gas mileage as a much larger full size truck(16city/20hwy). Plenty of cargo space. Overall I have enjoyed my vehicle. Wish it got better gas mileage and more robust interior parts.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Reliable. Tough. Great turning radius. Looks good. Decent cargo room.

Cons: Horrible gas mileage for its small size. Defective window motors.

I Enjoyed Owning It, But If I Did It Again It Would Be A 99-04 Grand Cherokee — Performance- Not the slowest vehicle I've driven, but really lacking power for its engine size, Off road performance was pitiful, IFS limited suspension flex, lack of limited slip diffs made it really hard to crawl. Its just not an offroad Jeep, unless it built to be. Build Quality- The fit and finish was nice, Its probly the nicest vehicle I've owned and made many cross country trips. It had issues with the 3.7 and random cylinder misfires, If I had to do it again I would buy a Diesel. Appearance- It is in my opinion the best looking 4 door Jeep. I hate the newer style (2005-2007??) When they facelifted it they destroyed its good tough looks. Cost of ownership- Gas mileage sucked, I only got around 18 highway mpg, I think my personal best was 21 highway on a cross country trip. Check engine light was constantly coming on, I bought it with only 70,000 and had more problems with it than most cars I've bought with 150,000.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Good looks, comfy, small but roomy

Cons: Gas mileage, reliability, resale value

Just Enjoy Looking At It... Don't Buy One! — I always liked the look of this trim and wanted one for a while. But now that I have it. It isn't what it all cracked up to be. It really is a piece of junk and will become the winter beater soon!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: 4 wheel drive...

Cons: Hard on gas and rusting like a 30 year old car.

Great Vehicle For Those Who Are Adverterous — I love the upgrades, options, and pretty much everything about it but the motor. I wish the 3.7 had more power, that or i wish i could have found a Common Rail Diesel liberty. The aftermarket options are great for the liberty too.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Reliable, wonderful in bad weather

Cons: Faulty ball joints, gas mileage

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Renegade Vibrator — I enjoyed the liberty, but this was my second one. I had isses with handling, even after the ball joint replacements. Had a funky vibration after driving for periods that would allow car to 'warm up' and a vibration in the steering wheel would begin shake like out of round wheels.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Nice size (for what I used it for)

Cons: Contant issues

Definitely Quality And Fun — 3 inch lift and 31 inch tires make the renegade live up to its aggressive looks and off-road performence. the engine, 3.7 liter v6 is still lacking in power to accelerate the 4000 pound lug, but the handling around corners is better than you would expect of SUV's of its size and top-heaviness.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: it...looks...SWEET!!

Cons: gas mileage in town, lack of power

Not Bad For Jeep — Disappointed in gas mileage. Don't like the 4x4 delay system. I had 88 Jeep wrangler and 4x4 was instant response. Overall not a bad Jeep. Seems solid and rides smoother than my old wrangler. Like the security system and the automatic tailgate release . Speed control not real consistent. Arm rest not forward enough.

Pros: Security System and Tightness of Vehicle

Cons: 4x4 delay . Milage
