It Gets You Were Ever You Need To Go. — Glad to have this one. So far so good, just purchased after selling Betsy Ross, my red 2001 Camaro. Follow me and keep up to date on my experiences with Jack Flash, the replacement. My Betsy was a great car too, however it wasn't fair to put her through the Winter months where I live now. Besides I needed steady transportation for the winter with my new job. In steps Jack Flash. My 2004 Jeep Liberty helps me get to where I need to go no matter what the weather outside. Great vehicle when people depend on you to be there for them. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Great vehicle for the winter. I love the feel of a Jeep as I have had a few in the past. Cons: What's up with the Gas spewing issue when I fill the tank? ![]() Looking for a Used Liberty in your area?CarGurus has 1,836 nationwide Liberty listings starting at $1,084. |

Not A Bad Little Jeep. — This little Jeep is a good one, no matter what the Wrangler guys say. No, it's not a Wrangler, but still gets the job done. I don't use it the way a four wheel drive Jeep built on a truck platform is intended to be used, but I'm sure if I did I would like it even more. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Four wheel drive, engine has a good amount of power and torque, it's great off road, takes me anywhere I want to go. Cons: Heavy, slow, high center of gravity, doesn't handle as well as I would like a vehicle to, poor fuel economy, hard plastic interior. |

I Love My Jeep — Perfect size. Other than having to replace the batter once when I first bought it, I have NEVER had any problems with my Jeep! Very roomy inside and spacious. Great for a small family. Runs smoothly and makes me feel safe! VERY dependable SUV. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Size, Color, the fact that it is a Jeep and very well made. 6 disc changer, great traction runs better than any car I've ever had. Cons: gas mileage is not the greatest |

Great Car — Loved the way it handled the road and the snow. It has a truck chassis and is a very safe car to drive. Great racing-green color. Put in a new radiator and kept tires aligned and balanced. Felt very safe in all kinds of weather. Was a second car and traded in other car for a newer SUV. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Very reliable and sturdy. Great for snow. Maintenance costs were small. Cons: Great car. Used it mostly to drive in bad weather. |

Never Let Me Down — I love that this car has been with me over the past 7 years. I've driven it alot. It doesn't require alot of maintenance and the maintenance it does require is pretty basic. It's a little bit of a gas guzzler, which is unfortunate because I am required to do alot of driving based on my work location from my home location. However, overall I can't complain. I love this car. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: It's a great car. It's done me good over the past 7 years. It doesn't require alot of maintenance. Cons: It's a great economy car. When it rains you have to be extremely careful because it doesn't handle nearly as well |

Tbd — A good city SUV, wheelbase is too short to be comfy over the road. Also, the SWB isn't too good on snow or ice, had to add dedicated snow tires for winter confidence. Bad door trim design captures snow and ice, along with road salt has led to extensive rust even though we do take care of our vehicles. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: Small enough to get around parking lots. Cons: Rust! |

Really Fun, Great Looking Jeep! — This was a wonderful first car for our daughter, she is leaving for college far away, and need a car with better mileage. I don't get to the mountains often enough to need a 4x4, but have had a great time with it up in Silverton the last few years.
Pros:
Great off road Cons: Wish it got better gas mileage, but it is ok for a 4X4. |

My Mini Hemi — Had to replace the Waterpump at 55,000. It cost about $53 for the pump and my wife and I installed it our selfs. Performance is good. I like how it looks. Maintenance isn't to bad just that water pump. I love my Jeep. Definitely want to keep it for awhile. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Its powerful and fun to drive. Cons: Gas mileage |

Plenty Of Room By Steve
We like the roominess of the Interior for Family trips etc., and overall appearance of 2009 Liberty Limited 4WD. Plenty of cargo space with rear seats folded down. Gas mileage could be much better. Do... Read More
