If you find an Infiniti that was well taken care of, you can have an amazing vehicle. Value wise, I stumbled upon a great deal and had a very open and willing seller. Great process, almost seamless.

Great Car — Great all around sports sedan fo the entire family - rear seats recline and car is perfect for 4 adults. The performance of the vehicle is excellent on dry or wet pavement and the traction control makes even the RWD version great in the snow.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Power

Cons: No fold down seats

2004 Infiniti G35x - To Infinity And Beyond — This has been a fun and reliable car for us. We bought the 2004 G35x used in 2014 for only $8000. Since then, we have not put little money into it, other than normal maintenance. This car has really good power and handling. It is a lot of fun and drives more like a sports car than a sedan. The AWD system works well and improves handling, particularly in snowy and wet conditions. It is not a 4x4, but the AWD is good. The style inside and out is very attractive and I actually like it better than the newer G35 models. We added a new stereo head unit last year, to upgrade with some additional features. The downside to that is that the console is custom designed for the stock system and we had to replace the unit with one we got from the installer in order to put an aftermarket stereo in, which doubled the price of the project.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Powerful 3.5L engine, great leather interior, nice body style, reliable, good AWD system

Cons: Some of the dash trim not holding up, grudgingly uses mid-grade gas, prefers premium gas

Fun Fun — Brilliant car, very fun to drive. The VQ power that drives this car is fabulous. Would recommend to anyone. It's one of those cars that as long as you change the oil it will fun forever. Back seats are a real plus

Pros: She's pretty

Cons: Seat belt, door don't stay open

I Would Recommend This Car To Everyone Who Likes The Feel Of A Sport Car — I love this car and it has served me well. Very dependable, drives and holds the road well, the front spoiler is low so you need to know when to stop without hitting the curb stops. Silver color doesn't show dirt if you don't wash it daily.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It is a fun car that handles the road nicely, sporty, dependable and low maintenance

Cons: no cd player

Terrific Car Overall. — The G is an amazing car overall. It looks absolutely beautiful. It rides well, handles well, is well equipped, and has more than enough power. It's affordable to maintain and as reliable as Japanese engineering gets. The only flaw I can really claim is the lack of headroom.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The G is beautiful. Its sporty, refined, luxurious and economical all rolled into one very attractive package.

Cons: The typical problems affiliated with a two door sports coupe. Back seats are scarce and hard to get into... Not really a problem if you carry less than one passenger. The lack of headroom was a little scary too at first. I'm not a particularly tall person at 5'7", but there is a very small amount of space between my head and the roof line. This could be resolved by purchasing an aftermarket seat that's lower profile.

Good Car — Handles great. Does not respond as fast as it could but overall a good car. If you are looking for a used car that has all wheel drive with plenty of power and style, this is a great car to consider for your next purchase.

Pros: Nice car all around

Cons: could be faster.

Blue Dream — So many more likes than dislikes. The look is timeless. Can drive it anywhere as long as you can afford the fuel cost. CD player & Door actuators are also negatives. I would buy another one. Maybe a four door version

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Speed ,reliability,maintenance,look

Cons: Gas mileage,high test

Daily Driver 2004 G35x — I have had this car for 10 years and it has held up very well. It has been my daily driver in all types of weather. Handles competently in both dry and snow. Bose stereo sounds great and seats are comfortable with enough lateral support. Back seat, while comfortable, is a little tight, especially behind me. Reliability has been great for the age with recent repairs on wheel bearings, exhaust and brakes. The brakes have been a constant disappoint in terms of expected reliability. They wear out in about 20k miles, rotors at 40k and constant noises. The brake issues seemed to have plagued this model with other owners as well. Overall, pleased with my Infiniti, but it is time to move up to something bigger as the family grows.

Pros: Car handles very well with good acceleration and solid handling.

Cons: Interior design could have been better with radio dials instead of push buttons.  Brakes are persistent reliability issue.
