2004 Honda Civic Ex Coupe!!! — My car is a black 2004 honda civic ex. It has the d17a 1.7L engine in it. Its the SOHC (single overhead cam) Vtec engine. 127 hp. Vtec hits around 5k rpm. It is very fun drive. Very Aggressive look to it. The wheels are 15 inch alloy wheels. The sound system is amazing and keeps it thumping now batter the speed. The pick up on the acceleration is pretty good for only a 1.7 liter engine. It has the sun roof which can be tilted or pulled all the way back. It goes inside the car not on top which i feel has a better air flow. The trunk space is very surprising it can fit many things. I have all my surf and skateboarding equipment in the trunk and still have room to fit a board through the whole car. The cost of ownership is pretty good. Gas mileage is about 30ish to the gallon. And maintenance is very cheap and the mechanics at honda do an amazing job. I would tell people that are looking for a sleek looking two door car that is good on gas to go for the honda civic.

    Pros: Sexy, Clean, eye catcher

    Cons: engine size, no leather

Great Reliable Car — Best thing about this car, besides Honda's reliability? It consistently returns between 36 and 40 mpg, week after week. I bought it used in 2005 with just over 24K miles on it. I now have 104K miles on it and just had to replace the front brakes! The performance is good and it's fun to drive.

Pros: Reliability and excellent fuel economy

Cons: Rather low and small; difficult for larger folks to get in and out of.

2004 Honda Civic Vp Coupe — Honda is one of the most economical brands in the global market. In accordance with rising gas prices, my car does a stellar job of turning my hard earned income into miles upon miles of destinations and journeys. The car handles beautifully, almost way too sporty for an economy car. The steering is taut and firm, but there isn't too sharp of a corner for me. On the flip side, I've had some issues with the build quality. Being an economy car, I've forgiven the synthetic plastics of the interior and exterior. The seating is superb, however. I would recommend this car as an excellent starter or even for those who like to pinch their pennies as much as I do.

Pros: Lightweight, Comfortable, Excellent Handling, Gas Mileage A+

Cons: Manual everything except for the transmission

2004 Civic Si — Supercharged 127 hp VTEC engine never fails to deliver. Sporty gauge interface is nothing more than stunning. Headlights look aggressive even from afar. Car practically sips fuel, despite amazing performance. Interior is alright stock, better to make it your own. Sunroof is always cool at night, and sound system is fantastic.

Pros: Gauges, performance, bang for buck

    Cons: Suspension, interior blah

    Honda Civic — The Honda is a really, really good vehicle. Honda's last, it seems like, forever. If you want something that you can put more than 100,000 miles on, this is the vehicle for it. The appearance is very nice. More so feminine than masculine. Gas mileage is phenomenal. You really can't beat that! This car is a blast to drive. Especially if you enjoy speed. (; These cars will fly- even if it's a four cylinder. (;

    Pros: What isn't positive?

    Cons: Can't think of any

Civiv — Its an awesome car. Great gas milage and wonderful interior. Its really fun to drive and I just love it since I drive all around. It gets about 30 mpg to the gallon and it just the right size for me! My parents got it for me and i love it!

    Pros: Great car all around

Cons: Small but thats fine with me!

04 Honda Civic Kicks Ass — My first brand new off the lot car, and this car was allot of fun. Performance wise, stock was alright, but after I put an intake, headers, springs/lowering kit, and exhaust system, she purred like a kitten, and beat 5.0L's off the line, and many others. The bucket seatsall around were very comfortable and held you in place, and the stock sound system pounded. Aftermarket parts were extremely easy to apply as she responded well to bolt ons. I would recommend a civic to any first time buyer, or someone who is looking for a car that has good power, and lots of torque,at a rock bottom price. The Si now, with a K20 engine is only 27, 28 grand or so and she can keep up to almost anybody. Just remember, once you hear a VTEC scream, you'll never want anything else.

Pros: Fast, Reliable, Cheap On Gas, Five Star Crash Test Rating, Easy To Upgrade

Cons: Engine bay can be very tight, and the oil filter is practically unaccessable!

Civic Type S — Bought this car in June 06 (pic above is not mine) runs like a dream, looks good to boot. can seat 4 comfortably, will get 5 on the squeeze. relatively cheap to run. service and insurance are cheap. Accelerates well for a 1.6, stops ok to, solidly built, nothing replaced except tyres and bulbs, the usual stuff

    Pros: looks, comfort, running costs

    Cons: speed

Yes It's A Honda — i just don't like the lack of features i missed out on when they came out with the 8th generation civic. I love the styling, mpg, quality, and fun to drive factor. 1 to 10 Performance acceleration 5.8 Braking 9.1 Handling 9.2 Build Quality: need new tires and interior light. Appearance: Interior could have more features and lower seats but, what is there is solid. Exterior: just fine. Cost to Own: MPG average city 23-27ish highway 38-41mpg Maintenance: Tires, wiper blades, wiper fluid, oil change. @55,000miles Fun Factor: well i killed a set of tires cuz it corners so well. It's ok fast but, oh well i'm getting killer MPG. 0-60mpg 7.7seconds

    Pros: GREAT

Cons: DAM NEW generations civic lol

Love Or Hate It — My first ever new car. I purchased it in 2004 and 4 years later it still drives like the day I got it. It's a rare car due to the fact that it was built in Honda's plant in England and shipped over seas to North America. I found out that's the reason it cost as much as a 2006 (new generation) Civiv Si (built in Alliston Ontario). In this case, "freight" charges are justified. Over all, I love this car. It'll be hard to say bye bye to it next year, that's for sure. The interior is top quality (materials/plastics) and the seats are the greatest for long trips or short rips over perfectly curved highways.

Pros: Excellent cornering grip, perfectly placed shifter (dash mounted, euro-style), smooth as silk shifts and so precise, I've never missed a shift.

Cons: Headlights: non sealed units trap moisture and leave a fog or film behind. Had them replaced 5 times under warranty before Honda Canada said "that's it, we understand the problem but can't replace anymore light assemblies at $560 per light"
