Awesome — Like everything about this car. No dislikes at all. It is so much fun to drive. Runs fantastic. Love the white convertible top. The acceleration, braking and handling are amazing! There are no noises or blind spots. Never been in the shop yet. The gas mileage is reasonable. Maintenance and repair costs haven't been an issue yet. The look of the car is great and it is very comfortable.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great looking, handling and very fun car to drive!

Cons: none

Excellent Value And Just Really Cool Car To Drive. — This is my third corvette; 1980 bought new, 1992 six spd targa and my 2004 convertible. Hands down this is the best bang for the buck. There is absolutely no cowl shake and the car handles like it is on rails, with great acceleration.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Beautiful lines, superb handling and acceleration. Nice creature comforts.

Cons: Run flat tires are very, very expensive. Seat leather and cushions not designed to handle moderate use.

I'm Well Pleased With The Car. — This is a great vehicle. It has great acceleration and it handles extremely well. I have always liked this body style on the corvette and will keep this car for around 24 months. I will make some mods to the body ,wheels and engine.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great car for a great price.

Cons: Nothing yet.

Phil's 'vette — Nothing to dislike. Great for long trips, getting over 30 MPG. The only 'Vette in the Columbia University faculty garage. This is my daily driver but also used for family vacations. It always gets an appreciative nod from our friends.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: 40th anniversary surprise gift from my wife.

Cons: None

Fun! Sporty. Not An Everyday Driver. — It is very fun to drive. Lots of power. Great handling. With a stick shift it is very difficult to multi-task, Which is probally a good thing. One thing i dislike is after washing the car the mirrors drip water onto the door for quite awhile. Boo.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: No problem getting up to speed entering the hi-way

Cons: Only 2 seats

Best Car I Ever Owned — Well since my children are grown, I figured it was time for me and my husband to start living again . We go cruising on the weekends. He loves to be the driver and I don't mind, I get to look at the nice places we pass by.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: This is my dream car I like everything about it.

Cons: It's not a family car.

Will Only Get Rid Of It When I Can Afford A C6 — Previously owned 1986 and 1993 Corvettes, and while I loved them both, the C5 is SO much more car, and much better appointed, than the C4's. The acceleration is unbelievable, and while many people slam the seats as uncomfortable, shabby and/or cheap, I find them to be very comfortable. The instrumentation is a vast improvement over the C4's cheap-looking digital mess. Took a recent road trip with it and averaged 26 mpg over a 700-mile trip -- not an economy car, no, but when you look at what it is and how it performs I think that's excellent. My two C4's got around 25, and this one's even better. Fun to drive? Are you kidding?

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Crazy fast, great looker, great road car

Cons: Can't drive it in snow

Best Corvette I Have Ever Owned... 1 Of 3... — This is a great car for the road. Went to Florida form Chicago area last sept avg. 27.2 mpg. smooth ride. lots of space for our stuff. Great looking car with the bright Red body and black glass trim.. Prior to our vacation I installed a new set of Nitto Tires. They are not run flats but a can of fix a flat in the back takes care of that issus. Lots of Corvette owners are putting on Nittos as they are less expensive than run flat but more importantly they are quieter and softer ride Corvette logo rear cargo mat and floor mats.

Pros: Great ride, 27.2 mpg on high trip to Florida, New Nitto tires -- softens the ride . Extremely clean.

Cons: 2 seats -- 7 grandchildren

Awesomeness — First domestic car, and has been a great experience. Super reliable, fun to drive and runs with super cars. Love the power train, fantastic transmission and epic handling. Love the car so much that later on will most likely upgrade to a C6 Z06, because for the money, nothing touches the Z06.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Best car for the $

Cons: Love everything about it, minus some interior fit & finhs flaws.

Back In Black — I love everything about My Vette, This Vette has a 350 cu in, engine with mirror torque. The way the rear end and tranny (Trans axle) are balanced to perfection and the dynamics including lines to car complement one another, it's awesome if you have never drive a Vette and you are in the market. Remember one thing.....It's not intended for the married with children, unless Mom/Dad has a minivan or close for family retreats! This is a SPORTS car with no intentions of anything less...... Good luck, Happy Christmas Shopping, someone lucky will fly into the sunset soon! Why not let it be YOU??????

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's Corvette!

Cons: Gotta slow down for rail road tracks, speed bumps and careful with the damm drive thru's!
