My Bottom Line Is Get One, We Need More Cars Like This And You Can Tune Them To The Max... — This car is the perfect car if you want to get your feet wet in the sports car world. It's not packing 500whp but it packs a decent punch, and at an affordable price. The Performance is there when you need it and trust me you can make these cars into out standing track cars with the right changes and a good tuner. That being said it can just as easily be used for a daily driver - that's what "belle's" use is and i couldn't pick a more enjoyable car anywhere near the price point of a 350z!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Power when you want it but tame enough for a daily driver.

Cons: Older models have some flaws - go 2006 or newer if you can! Or that it seems a number of old ladies want a fast car and the Z is it...

Solid Brooo — Performance - Quck acceleration, brakes are good with little fade, handling is excellent but can do with better tires - currently using Yokohama Avids. Needs an even stickier tire. Build quality - Not happy with interior materials Appearance - sexy Cost of ownership - its a japanese car. Not bad. Fun factor - fun to drive. Wish it was lighter

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun in the twisties

Cons: Interior materials not as nice as german products

350z — Performance of this car is pretty good. has a great torquey motor, but slightly lacks a little in the power area. Build quality is great, the car feels very good, very stable, just a few rattles here and there. The looks of it bone stock are eh, but nismo as well as many other companies can make it look much more aggressive. the car is so much fun to drive and definitely gets a bunch of looks. Just add some parts, tune it and its good to go. Also, the car is verrrry heavy so strip as much as possible! haha

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: looks great, fun to drive, sounds amazing

Cons: heavy heavy heavy! lacks a little bit of power also.

Sweet Awesome Car, Best Thing Nissan Has Made Since The R34 — aweseom car, 280hp of pure power, best drifter ever made, over a ton of JD awards under its belt, nice style, the interior is amazing. the sounds of the engine is beautiful, you don't even need to customize anything on the engine, stock its perfect, unless you're crazy like me and has an incredible need for speed.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: It's like a Lambo at 22 years old

Cons: only fits 2 people, driver and 1 passenger.

If You Can Afford A Better Sports Car, Skip This One. If You Cant, You Will Still Be Happy. —

The nissan 350z is the every day joe sports car. With good power and torq throughout the entire power band, it makes for a "quick" car around the town. The suspension has excellent cornering capabilities which most would not guess due to the overall large size of the car. It does boast a sporty look and sound which is unique and only matched in the current market by its other nissan and infiniti brothers and sisters. There are a few downsides to this car that i unfortunately have trouble getting passed. The earlier models of this car had many mechanical problems most notably with the transmission syncros which ware out quickly due to poor design which creates that grinding noise and feel when shifting into certain "in this case ALL" gears. The interior although sporty and comfortable is also incredibly cheap and drab. A good buy for a first sports car. or if you are an advanced tuner looking to make a track monster, this is an excelent platform to start from. lots and lots of potential. personally i would wait for the price to drop on these puppies before picking yours up. Which will happen int he near future due to the release of the 370z from Nissan. Don't worry this is good news for you! This brings down the initial cost of ownership for a car that will always be both competitive and stylish.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Good first sports car, excelent race car, NOT race ready.

Cons: poor drivetrain design, needs more hp, cheap interior.
