No More Honda Civic — its good lots more going into it tho. stock just isn't my thing! Great handling. Putting in dual magnaflow exhaust, turbo kit, all that fun stuff. my only dislike of the car right now is the front grill; but that can be changed and it will be. overall a performance car

Pros: quick and sporty!

Cons: the front grill

I Love My Car! — A very good quality car - lots of pep, excellent handling, good on gas. Black rally interior. Lots of fun to drive. It is now 4 years old and I still haven't needed any major repairs. Standard transmission makes for a very fun drive.

Pros: Great handling, gas mileage

Cons: I prefer the Evo front grill or the newer models

Reliable Driver With Glitches — the heat and ac system has a air diverter that stuck and no longer works properly we twisted off the knob that operates it I had to disconnect the heater hoses to get cool air in summer

Pros: 30 mpg hwy reliable fun driver

Cons: heat and ac design sucks

My Lancer —

I bought the car used from Enterprise dealership...meaning that it was used as a rental before I bought it. The wonderful thing about this system though is that you get a car that is only 1 year old, in great condition because the dealer had to take care of it for a year, and you pay thousands of dollars less than retail(great for a poor college student paying their way through school but still in need of nice car). Also, pretty nice especially for all those who have had to deal with the new kinks with every car. So besides that, I have never needed a repair. Everything works great! Now I do have to admit that I take car of my car like as if it were my baby (because it is!!). So with regular oil changes and monitoring of any wear on the parts, there are no complaints from my end. The car gets amazing gas mileage, especially on the highway. For example, I live in NC and drive to DC pretty often (which is over a 200 mile drive) and can usually make it in about half to 3/4 of a tank. Also I use to autocross with my car, and I found that the steering is pretty good, the transmission shifts pretty smoothly and car has great handling. The only complaint I have is that the body roll is very noticeable. My friends use to say if they rode with me after drinking one drink, they would be drunk once they got out of car. Granted that has to do with my driving, and I do love to do some autocrossing stuff when they are riding. Besides that, the car is really fun to drive. The speakers are awesome too!! Luckily Mitsubishi made electronics before cars, so they know how to make their stereo equipment. This car is pretty stylish, great for a low budget, and very fun especially for one of my first cars. Plus it's safe, which is always a plus for the parental units.

Pros: Handling, Stereo

Cons: Body Roll

Great Reliable Car, But Needs A Little Pep In Its Step. — The car gets great gas mileage and there are plenty of aftermarket providers for the lancer. This was the best looking lancer that wasn't an evo IMO.

Pros: Gas mileage

Cons: I need something new =)

The Evo's Little Brother — good handling car, doesn't go fast, doesn't look very good, has good gas mileage. Can beat any car with a V8 or lower, in any race with turns

Pros: handling car, mileage, good suspension

Cons: not too fast, not a fancy looking car.
