Mazda6 — I really love driving this car. It is well built in my opinion. Mazda has always done right by me, from my first 626 to my current 6...they have all been tough cars. This particular car's only downfall at the moment, as far as I can tell, is the turning radius...I know make trucks that can turn tighter than this car. It is sad really...embarassing even, especially in the city where tight turning is good for parking and narrow streets. Beyond that though...a car I will happily drive until it dies and then buy another.

Pros: Handling, appreance, overall drivability

Cons: turning radius

Mazda 6 Diesel 136 Sport 2002 —

The performance from the 136bhp 2.0 diesel is very good, with plenty of midrange power, the economy is also good but not as good as some of it's rivals. I get about 620 miles on a full tank. The ride is very comfortable and compliant, and the handling is very good, although for me the steering could do with a touch more weight and feel, but much better than most. Luckily for me when I bought the car 2nd hand, it had a Mazda extended warranty which I've made full use of, but the biggest problem has been rust. It seems all Mazdas destined for Europe but built in Japan suffer from surface rust, and the 6 is one of the worst hit. The rear arches were starting to rust just after 2 years old, and it's been in about 6 times now for that problem alone, I've just had the door sills treated and repainted too along with some of the edges of the doors. The positives are good though, the interior is well finished and you get lots of kit including on mine a Bose Stereo and DVD Sat Nav (optional), it's a comfortable place to be too, if a bit noisy compared to some.

Pros: Good performance, interior, smart looking and comfortable

Cons: Poor Bodywork quality = rust.  Quite a bit of road noise

Fan Mazda — fantastic car, never had any trouble for the past 5 years, just had to rebuild bumpers for fun, that's called TUNING ;-) 136 hp on common rail diesel, fast one for its category, leather seats CD player (6cd) 18" alloy wheels, xenon lights 7.5 liters /100km sometimes more due fun on the road, I hate drivin slow, 200km/h easily reached but attention for police

Pros: out of standards

Cons: nothing to me

Nice Looking Car — The Mazda 6 is a good car. Nice handling. Pretty good acceleration with the 5 speed. I've only had one major problem. That was the 2 front brakes kept locking up at various times. I have 78,000 miles on it now. So it is pretty reliable. The seats are extremely comfortable. The best seats I've sat in for the price range. Trunk is very roomy. I have gotten comments from various people about how nice my car looks. Usually after it has been washed. It is not a huge chick magnet thought. So far every time I have come out to my car. There are no chicks around it. Some time, I am hoping to find atleast one lying on top of it waiting for me.

Pros: appearance, handling, roomy trunk, comfortable seats-front and back, feels solid

Cons: Oil changes are difficult if you do it yourself because of the paper oil filter that is used.

Mazda Si A Super Car!!! — It is quite fast and I have had no problems with it. It looks great evan after 5 years. It si cheap to run becouse it is a TurboDISEL 2.0 with 120HP. The petrol use is 5,9 L/100km. I think Mazda is a great car maker and will probabli buy a Mazda for my next car.

Pros: safe, fast, cheap to run

Cons: it si geting old, the new model is out

2003 Glacier Silver Mazda6 Mtx — Performance: [] Magnaflow Cat-back Exhaust [] CP-E MAFci Cold Air Intake [] MSDS Full Racing Headers Overall, the car is awesome. I'm running synthetic oil and tranny fluid. The car runs so smooth, and is fun to drive. With 69k miles it has had its amounts of repairs, but with the last repair over and done with, its time for some more modifications!

Pros: Everything

Cons: A few repairs

Mazda 6i — Not gonna lie. Fwd gets annoying. Sure, the car is a good daily driver and all around vehicle! But don't expect too much power form it! Its a 2.3l inline 4 rated at 160hp. Given that the car weighs 3166lbs and only has a 4 speed auto, its not quick at all. The handling is great for its class. Skidpad is 84-86g I believe. It also has some great brakes. Plenty of brake power. Interior is roomy, and after 72,000 miles the only thing remotely rough is the transmission. I avg. 24.3 mpg over the ownership of the car and it was purchased brand new. Bottom line.. It has handling and braking characteristics of a sporty/sports car, but lack of power. If you want real power, get a rwd v8 powered machine. Torque is everything. That or a lightweight car. lol.

Pros: Handling, Braking. Quick reaction steering

Cons: power, transmission.

Mazda 6s — Loved the handling and Style. Power was good, but I can't wait for the 2009 model with the 3.7L V6. Smallish cabin, but wasn't too bad for 4 adults.

Pros: Style, Handling, Ride quality

Cons: Could use more power
