Driver Side Rear Suspension Sits Lower Than Passenger Side — I loved it until the rear driver side suspension sits one inch lower than the passenger side. When looking at the rear end - the vehicle looks sloped (driver side is lower than passenger side). I took it to Bramview Ford in Brampton, Ontario and paid to have the shocks and springs replaced. This did not fix the problem and the dealer told me it was acceptable (within Ford's specificaitons). The problem still exists. The car had 55K and was 37 months old when I took it to the dealer.

Everyone Should Own A Mustang Convertible At Least Once In Their Life !! — I think everyone should own a Mustang and/or convertible at least once in their life. I have loved this car as it has provided some great travel memories. It has even hauled its fair share of things with the top down. The motor is solid, steers well, and is even great on snow and ice with a few bags of sand in the trunk. Overall a Wonderful Car!

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It is incredibly fun to drive, handles very well, looks great, and highway gas mileage is really good.

Cons: Not exactly a family car unless your family is two, low to the ground which may be hard for some.

Mustang Gt — Stick shift most fun to drive, since most cars are going to slap shifters without clutches Ugh! Easy and cheap to customize and parts are easy to find! Either you love Mustangs or you don't. Used ones are cheaper on personal property taxes.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Mustang GT from the original car manufacturer! Fun to drive, good looks and wont brake your wallet. Came out to compete with Corvette and Camero came out to compete with Mustang! Mustang parts cheap and easy to customize for personal looks!

Cons: Can use as a family car, but hard to get in and out. People complain everyone has one.

If You Get One, Be Careful. Not For New Drivers. — Performance - Good straight line acceleration Build Quality - Plain interior but low maintenance overall. Appearance - Plastic interior. Aggressive exterior. Cost of Ownership - Very affordable besides gas. Fun Factor - Good in a straight line, heavy around corners and average on braking. Mostly for drag racing.

    Pros: Rare; gets attention. Reliable.

Cons: Interior. Gas mileage. Rear suspension.

Awesome Car. Im Gonna Love Driving It For A Long Time —

Makes awesome power. 0-60 in less than 5. 60-0 in 110 ft. .9G skidpad. 13.6 stock quarter mile time. (ill be faster haha) Build quality is WAY up on my older 96 GT mustang. Everything is put together better and the whole car feels more solid. Appearance is everything with mustangs and while the base and GT cars look good. I've got a Mach 1. The front lip spoiler, unique spoiler, and the shaker hood scoop are just awesome. I also like the unique interior touches to the gauges, seats, headrests, dash trim and pedals. Gas mileage is actually pretty good for a 4.6l 4v engine. I get about 28 highway and ive never bothered to calculate mileage in the city. Way too much fun to get on it. Matinence wise its been awesome. Bought it knowing it needed brakes and a rear axle seal. Did that and all its needed was an oil change and gas. Perfect reliability. Fun factor. HUGE. Throws you back in your seat. Roasts tires into third if your daft with it. You can watch the shaker vibrate all day long. And the nostalgia factor of driving a Mach 1 is worth the price of entry.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Love the car.  If you don't, you've never driven one

Cons: not big enough to live in.

I Love It — It accelerates well, stops fine, and handles alright I have not had to have anything repaired yet I love the exterior styling, I wish some of the parts were actually functional though The interior is nice, not BMW/Mercedes quality, but it's nice. I get around 15 MPG in the city, not driving it like a Grandma I love driving this car

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Fun

Cons: Not the best in bad weather

Fun — The Mustang is a 2003 Mustang GT convertible premium Centennial Edition. Ford only 1323 of them. We enjoy driving with top down. The car has good performance and handles well. It came from the factory with a Mach 1000 sound system and it rocks.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: I love the sound of the V8 Mustang

Cons: No trunk space but I knew that.

For Experienced Driver — Only recommended if you have high level of car experience and high power rear wheel drive car time. Also since its modded and will continue to be, its 32value block eats power so make sure you know what your doing.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Low End Torque for Launching

Cons: Spin Outs, Not a good daily driver for MPG or stop and go

2003 Ford Mustang GT Deluxe Convertible Review
    says:
RELIABLE MUSCLE with a LUXURY FEEL!! This GT Deluxe is equipped with a SPACIOUS front seating arrangement and has a VERY COMFORTABLE Leather Interior! The 4.6L V8 can definitely ride with any roadster! Drop the top down and feel the breeze ride through your hair! The audio system is SUPREME and definitely adds to the drive when the top is down. I picture myself driving a Californian-Coast with the top down with ACDC and a beautiful woman by my side enjoying the leather seats! Beautiful ride for a serious buyer!

    Looks/Style Ranked 2003 Nissan 350Z Enthusiast worse.
"The overall style here is a touch decision to make, however I have to go with the classic look on the Mustang. The Mustang is a very classic, very original look. The 350Z can be compared to a bunch of foreign/Japanese models. I think the Mustang just does not look anything like any of the American models that its been compared too. The GT Deluxe Premium has a very custom feel, a very Torque-driven, high horse powered Mustang trotting in the open lands of the Midwest. When you look at the 350Z it looks like something you would see crammed on a highway in New York City that youd look past when youre bored in traffic. Everyone knows the Mustang look, and everyone recognizes the familiarity of the Mustang. The 350Z not so much."
Cargo Capacity Ranked 2003 Nissan 350Z Enthusiast worse.
"The Mustang is not the most spacious car you can get your hands on, however it does have a bit more room compared to the very crammed 350Z. The Mustang has two rear bucket seats that offer a decent set up for passengers. The 350Z does not have anything close to that. The Deluxe Convertible has the decent size cabin and the overall chassis is longer than the 350Z so it must have a bit more cargo space to offer. Not a major sell point behind the Mustang but it DEFINITELY helps sell the Mustang compraed to the 350Z."
