The Best "bang For The Buck" And By Far The Greatest Car I Have Ever Owned. —

Everything about driving this car is pure fun. With over 400 horsepower at your disposal and a race tuned suspension you will have a blast just driving to the grocery store. Even with all the power it drives and handles like a dream. You can easily cruise down the highway and maintain over 30 MPG. In those moments you want to taste some of it's power it will quickly put you back into your seat. The acceleration is amazing. Giving her some gas from a dead stop will easily spin the tires, even with the traction control turned on. In fact I have spun the tires all the way through third gear so you need to learn how to accelerate without breaking the rear end loose. Although I gotta admit that all the control and handling systems built into this car do an incredible job at keeping you pointed in the right direction. With that said, respect for it's power is a must as you can easily spin out. As fun as all this sounds there is no need to drive her fast on the street as it could be disastrous. From what I have seen these things are attracted to trees and telephone poles. Easier said than done right? It all comes down to this; she looks fast, everyone else knows she is fast, and she is very very sexy so sit back and enjoy the ride. But if you feel the need to go fast that's what tracks and drag strips are made for. Performance: Acceleration: Hell Yeah! Braking: Stops on a dime Handling: Like a dream Build Quality: Repairs: None, this thing is bullet proof Squeaks/Rattles: There are some, but it's a factory built race car. Most of the sound dampening and insulation have been removed to lighten the car. The most notable sound you will hear is wind noise from the side windows, this is easily negated by the sweet sound of 400+ HP passing through the titanium exhaust so roll the window down. Appearance: Interior Styling: The cockpit setup is great. Everything is easy to reach and in the right place. The quality is a little cheap in some aspects like the stereo, seats, and plastic trim compared to other "super cars" but hey, I didn't pay over $100,000 for it either. There are aftermarket items that you can buy if you feel the need for a more luxurious interior. Exterior Styling: You see my pictures right? HOT! Cost of Ownership: Gas Mileage: I average 17 MPG driving to and from work, the store, etc. On the Highway I average 32 MPG, now that is incredible! My question is this, if my Z06 can go from 0-60 in 3.7 seconds and have a top speed of almost 200 MPH why can't a minivan get at least 40+ MPG? I don't get it? Maintenance: Never a problem, over 73,000 miles and nothing more than routine maintenance. An oil change at least once a year costs around $80-$100 (requires special Mobile 1 oil) if done at a 10 minute oil shop and less if done yourself. Brakes every few years are no more expensive than my Jeep. Tires are expensive but should last you a few years as long as you keep your foot out of the gas. **Note to self, stop doing burnouts and donuts** Fun Factor: Duh! Who wouldn't think driving a highly maneuverable rocket was fun?

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Power, Looks

Cons: Lack of self control

Daily Driver Now, Hopefully Not For Too Long! — Great Car! I have done some performance upgrades, and its a lot of fun to drive. Acceleration and handling are awesome. I have had to do some mechanical repairs, but that is probably partial to me doing the performance upgrades. Don't really pay attention to my gas mileage to much, probably because my company pays for my gas!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Performance and Highway Gas Mileage (29-30 per gallon)

Cons: Not a Whole Lot

Overall Very Happy I Bought This One. — Drive one, you'll understand! Fast and fun to drive. safer than my ironhead harley. Easy to work on other than being so low suprisingly lower ins. than I anticipated. Countless modifications available for the custom car collector. I found this a pleasant buying experience.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Awesome!

Cons: very low ground clearance.

Lingenfelter Built Car — LS6 built into a 383 stroker with over 550 rwhp thing is crazy fast and pulls hard as a freight train, want to through some nitrous on to it and take it to the track with some sticky tires to see how it runs

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Everything about it is awesome

Cons: nothing

Z06 — The Z06 is the best car I've owned yet, but I'm planning to get a C6Z06 sometime in the near future. I may keep this as well and S/C or TT it. You never know what it may have under the hood! Has a nice shot of spray right now...

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Handles great, accelerates like crazy, overall stunner

Cons: Its black so its alwasys dirty

'03 Corvette — Handles fantastically, has plenty of power, is gorgeous, and I'm always proud to drive it! I love all the little extras with it too - the memory seats, and the HUD are my favorites. MPG really isn't that bad for a sports car, IMO (very low 20's). This car makes my 2+ hour per day commute FUN!! I love it! :)

Pros: Beautiful, handles great, fun to drive!

Cons: Lower MPG, higher costs to maintain.

C5 — performance would be absolutely everything from its acceleration with the pro charger super charger to the drilled and slotted brakes. I love my rims 20x13 in the rear and 18x8.5 in the front super aggressive stance with it being all black on black this is primarily my summer car. All I can say is that you have to get one if you can afford it!!!

Pros: everything

Cons: nothing
