Different.... — interesting. mushy gearbox, and steering feel. great for bumpy roads though.

Pros: great for dirt roads

Cons: gearbox, lack of upper end power

Great Car All-around — I love this car. Great to drive in the city and up in the mountains. Whether it's raining, snowing, gravel, dirt, or paved roads you can expect it to perform as you need it. Have to learn how to drive an AWD car though, it does not behave like other "normal" cars at high speeds or on different road conditions. Once you know how to drive it properly, there is almost no place you can't reach with this car!

Pros: All Wheel Drive, Airbags, Lots of room under chassis to go over bumps and rocks,  solid to drive in any weather and road condition

Cons: Understeer at high speeds and heavy braking, not gas efficient, not a particular good looking car

Good car, but it is a used Subaru so there are problems here and there. Never got stuck though!!

Front Seats Ranked 2002 Land Rover Discovery better.
"Theyre small, more for kids for sure, but they are stadium seats so you can see over the front passengers. "
Back Seats Ranked 2002 Land Rover Discovery worse.
"Lots of room, comfortable seats that keep you in on turns. "

The CVT was never good but with slower Subarus it was a good match to the weak engine. The Wilderness and it’s powerful engine (21 mpg avg. if you’re lucky) are big casualties of the CVT, which is co... Read More

I love the Outback but it has been my Alaskan dream car for quite a while. It helps me drive safer than the traded-in sports car and it has much higher clearance for the snow. Gobs of safety features,... Read More
