A Different Kind Of Car — it accelerates, brakes, handles. good build quality. no repairs needed. no squeaks/rattles. nice interior and exterior styling. great gas mileage, low cost to maintain. this car is fun to drive. the 3rd door makes it easy to load and unload stuff in the back seat. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: polymer body body panels don't dent or rust Cons: out of production |

Love My Car — Anyone who knows me realizes how much I love this car, and here is the skinny on the SC2... Its acceleration is quick but there could be a little bit more from it, braking is overall very responsive and having the 4 wheel ABS with traction control does wonders in a minnesota winter. I have not done too much with this vehicle other than change the oil every 3000 miles, the only repairs i have done are, the hand brake, which didnt work when i got it, it needs to have a new line cuz the driver side one is split, over all this vehicle is by far the best one I have ever owned Pros: MPG, Styling, 3rd door for easy access (thats what she said) Cons: some aspects of interior feel flimsy, |

Title — I bought this car on the spur of the moment when my 1998 Chevy Venture bit the dust. After some work, I have really enjoyed driving it even though it is far from a speedster. It is pretty easy to work on and has personality. Pros: Fairly easy to work on. Cons: Likes oil. |

Overall A Good Car — i like the gas millage whens it work right but most of the time it burns oil like a mother trucker and the exhaust is going. other than that it is fun little car to drive. the tread wear in the tire sucks, but there is nothing to do about it. Pros: 32 mpg Cons: burns/loses oil |

Saturn Sc2 Bored — My car has good mileage and I used to think that it was cute but I'm just sick of it. It's the only car I've ever owned and it's starting to burn oil a lot, as well as having a broken sunroof and having other minor issues. It's an automatic so I can never really do that much to it as far as engine upgrades and I had a system in it for a while but the wiring and electric setup in the car couldn't handle it for longer than a few years. Pros: safe, lightweight, sporty, good mileage Cons: picky on oil changes, low to ground, no power/engine upgrades to do |

Good Work Car — This is my car for going back and forth to work. It's not the most appealing car but it is excellent on fuel (gets close to 50 mpg) and the build quality is good. The engine runs great and the tranny shifts smooth but it underpowered, but thats probably why the milage is so good. Pros: Reliable, good on fuel Cons: Underpowered, parts are expensive when needed |

Solid Little Car — Performance is just OK. Breaking is good mainly due to the light weight of the vehicle. Handling is average. Aceleration is not great. The 1.9 litre I4 is buzzy, not quick revving. Transmission is automatic, and lazy shifting. A manual tranny would have likely been better. Build quality is OK. Body is plastic so it resists denting, and won't rust. Interior is a bit noisy, likely a lack of sound deadening. More econo than luxo or sporty. Appearance is good overall. Exterior looks sporty and aerodynamic. Interior is all black, and looks OK. Should wear well over time. Gas milage is great ! In summertime, I average 33 mpg city, and get between 43-49 mpg on the hwy. Maintenance has been very impressive. I got the car with 54K on the odometer, and it now has around 99K. Only needed oil changes so far. Spend less than $100/year on regular maintenance. This car is not so much fun-to-drive. Its basically good at getting you from point A to B at a low cost. Sporty looks, but very "economy" in its execution. Not great for long highway trips as its a little cramped, and lack luxury. Pros: Great fuel economy. Looks attractive. Very reliable. Cons: Low to the ground, making it difficult to get in/out of. Back seat is only for kids. Engine a little weak when paired with automatic tranny. Looks sportier than it handles. |

Good Solid Car — Great car. I got it with 42,000 miles and no problems. It now has over 75,000 miles and runs like it did when I got it. No extra repairs other than the expected (e.g. oil, brakes, tires, etc). I just put a tie rod end into it recently (only $120). 30mpg highway Pros: Good gas mileage, reliable, handles well Cons: not a sports car, not much room in the back seat |
