A Great Commuter/first Car. — I love the turn radius and the small profile of the car. The acceleration sticks a little but otherwise its a quality car for the price. Decent car to drive around town and great for the daily commute to work.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Good mileage saves you a lot of money

Cons: Acceleration is a little heavy and it doesn't look great.

Brilliant Car — Good performance from the Civic Type R when you thrashed it to 8300rpm in each gear. Tidy handling, although did understeer in the wet. Engine feels as if it could sit at 8000rpm all day long. Brakes were very good also.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: VTEC Type R engine, good handling and brakes.

Cons: Bit plastic inside, rattles a bit after a few years

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Smooth and reasonable

Cons: not alot unless you hate honda's

Honda Civic Type-r Ep3 — EP3 Civic Type R~ hm.. my first real V-TEC Honda. I used to be a tubo man, after driven the EP3. I can feel the fun part of the V-TEC and fall in love with Hondas. Just love the screaming from the engine when high revs...!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: everything overall

Cons: electronic steering instead of power steering

Weak Piece Of Garbage. — Garbage..... underpowered, manufacturer defect prone, repair upon repair all outside of warranty. Performance is best described by the word garbage. 1.7 whopping liters of single cam non v-tec power, overworked to put this pile of metal in motion. Honda made one of their stupidest decisions by equipping this car with a single cam non v-tec motor is a mistake.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: If you happen to receive it as a hand me down.  Gas saver.

Cons: Known manufacturer defects not covered by warranty or deemed recalls.
