Good While New. — This car was a great van for family driving. It has lasted 6 years and its starting to show it. It needs constant mateinence and its brake warning lights are always on. This is expeted i guess cause its so old but i wish it had withstood the test of time a little better. Gas mileage could be a lot better a 17 mpg city. It is currently on its way out the door.

Pros: Great for family driving around town.

Cons: Is always in need of work at an old age and the gas mileage is taking its toll with prices wat they are.

My Windstar — I like the v-6, has good acceleration. Bit of a gas hog, though. Good for families with several kids.

It's A Mini-van. — My wife threatened me with divorce if we didn't buy this vehicle. So, we got it. Ours is actually a dark green (a NICE green, not like the butt-ugly green that my Mustang was). It's loaded with stuff I wouldn't normally get (heated seats, but it is nice to have a toasty tush in the winter), leather seats, video (but that's almost standard now) ...

Pros: Seats 7.

Cons: I'm glad we got the extended warranty on this one.  Numerous problems, including replacing the entire steering mechanism.  Haven't been that happy with the mechanics.

Good For The Money — Roomy, flexible and comfortable. Has seen many uses - hauling family, helped with moving, work/daily driver. Has Mitsibushi engine that dogs a little on acceleration, but crusing speed is just fine. Has bells and whistles like a CD/tape player and adjustable pedals.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Roomy

Cons: Acceleration

My 2002 Ford Windstar Lx — This van seats 7 comfortably. The ride is great, and doesn't have that van or truck feel. It has all of the options that you would want in a minivan, and lots of storage. Taking long trips with the family was great.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Lots of space and very comfortable. It has everything that you could want in a minivan.

Cons: Average gas mileage around town and in traffic, but nothing exceptional.

I Would Buy Another One If They Still Made Them — Most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned. There are some qwirks with it, but over all very reliable vehicle. Never left me stranded or had to be towed. Too bad Ford decided to stop making them. They are definitely ahead of the domestic competition.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Comfort, and hauling capacity

Cons: Sometimes is a bit long to drive
