The Beast — Gas millage isn't really that bad and the tank holds a great deal, so I don't complain! Great for vacations and long distance driving!

My Explorer — Bad gas mileage; bad speakers (2 have gone bad already); but it looks good- nice design.

Style — A very well riding vehicle. I thought it would be tight with the 4x4 but it is a very smooth ride.

Pros: Looks and Runs great.

Cons: The ball mount is only 1 and 1/4 inches. Would like to have a 2 inch ball mount in the back.

Good For Off Roading And Driving A Lot Of People. — A very large car, with many large blind spaces. Can fit an entire car in the side blind spots. Wide turning radius. But has 4x4, lots of storage space, and sturdy build. Less inclined to flip then the 90s models.

Pros: Has a large trunk.
A lot of storage space under the seats.
Would want to be in it in a car crash.
Has 4x4.

Cons: Huge blind spots. Just in front blind spot of the car I could fit two or three kids on their bikes an not see them at all.
Wide turn radius.

Roomy 7-seater — Great Family truck. Not so big you can't park it anywhere, but big enough to go camping with 7 people and their stuff.

Pros: 8 cil Hauls!
Eddie Bauer trim adds nice leather and woodgrain trim options.

Cons: Gas Hog.

Satisfied With Safety And Performance. — Lots of family and cargo room. I purchased the vehicle in 2008, it had over 120,000 miles on it from a one owner elderly lady who's husband took excellent care of it. It has appx. 187k now and has only had regular maintenance other than the security system issue, A/C - heater blower motor, and one other minor fix to stop mice from entering and exiting...in this model, all they have to do is find it (as they did mine) and they wont stop until it is fixed ( I tore mine apart looking for it).

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Comfortable, easy to enter/exit (not too low to the ground) and Driving visibility is A+. Safety in a larger vehicle.Overall a reliable and low maintenance (cost) vehicle.

Cons: not very fuel efficient.
