I Am Planning On Purchasing Another With The 2.5 Liter Engine — 2.7 liter engine is horific. had to be replaced after 141000 miles. Every other car i have owned was well over 250000. Took great care of this vehicle but the engines stinks. It did get 27-29 mpg in daily driving. Everything else about this car is well above average!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: style, driveability, gas mileage

Cons: engine engine engine

Was Fun While It Lasted! — Sebring WAS doing fine up through about 129,000 miles, then suddenly the engine started knocking really bad and then died. We needed to replace the engine for about $4000 or we could scrap the car. We ended up scrapping the Sebring and bought a 1998 Chevy Malibu beater until I could save enough for another and newer car. Still trying to save today. Since we got rid of the Sebring I found out there is a class-action lawsuit being filed against Chrysler on behalf of those owners of Chrysler's 2.7L V6 engine which resides in MANY of their vehicles. There seems to be a design flaw with the engine that creates sludge, even when oil changes are done regularly, and causes the engine to seize like our did.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Fun in the sun

Cons: Get the 4 cylinder engine, get better  gas mileage and drive it longer.

02 Sebring Lx — Can't stand the strange "jetsons" noise it's always had, kinda looks like an old lady's car on the inside with the wooden dash. I love driving it, the stock stereo was awesome, but I'm close to blowing speakers. Overall, I like my car. Godo on gas, and I hardly ever have to do anything maintenance-wise to it, besides routine stuff.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great stereo, smooth ride

Cons: Makes unexplainable noises, Pillars are fading

I Love My Car — Its beautiful, its has very good performance, it accelerates very quickly, handles well, and it stops a lot faster than other cars on the road, it has needed minimal repairs after the 40,000 miles i have had it. it is easily kept clean inside and out. it gets an average of 28 MPG on the highway and 20 in town, and its very fun to drive

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: its nice, spacious, and a lot faster than people think

Cons: its a 4 door

Great Convertible! — Great car. Very fun to drive. Built well. Very classy and looks good being driven down the road. Not expensive to keep up at all. Can be hot, but it's a convertible, so it's gonna happen. It can get a little bit of a musty smell, but that happens to convertibles.

Pros: That it's a convertible.

Cons: Nothing.

2002 Chrysler Sebring Sedan Lxi — Preformance-handling is great, acceleration is amazing Build Quality-Awesome quality except for the rust under the hood. Apperance-sharp car, nice chrome accents. Interior is nice looking, Info center is an added bonus, along with the auto shut off headlights. Cost of ownership- 30 highway mpg! Low maintenance Fun Factor-It is sporty and very fast! I would recommend this car to anyone who wants a sporty and fast, but also practical.

Pros: Great preformance along with great gas mileage!

Cons: Rust seems to be a problem in some areas

Mr — It performs very well even now at 75,000 miles. The only work I have had done is breaks, tires, in addition to regular maintenance. The car is decent on gas. I have had problems with an oxygen sensor causing the engine light to go off. The pick-up is excellent for a V6.

Pros: Very reliable so far

Cons: Too low to the ground
