2001 Volkswagen GolReview
Good Buy For Entry Level Purchase — Performance - the engine is very popular for performance tuning, handling can be improved by adding strut braces. Build quality - In general, for a Brazilian model, is good. Fun factor - Great drive for what you pay for. Cost of ownership - Cheap for Latin America.
Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)
Pros: It's my daily driver
Cons: None, it's very reliable, if it is well maintained.
