My Baby — This car is all around awesome. It's great in any weather and goes fast if you want it to or slow around town. The only downfall is the low gas milage and having to put premium gas in it. Other then it being expensive to drive i cant say anything bad about the car.

Pros: everything

Cons: cost alot to drive

Grand Prix Gt Coupe — Power, performance, sexy look, lots of room, great on gas, not too expensive to maintain when thru dealer services. I love to take fast hard turns in this car. Susension is amazing and must be experienced to appreciate. Would recommend this cr to any guy that wants to flex hard.

Pros: read

Cons: none

Best Car I Have Ever Had! — I love this car! It has such good performance the acceleration in it is great couldn't ask for anything more. It was cheaper in Hutch so we got it there instead of Wichita. I love driving this car and having the sunroof up and drving everywhere. Best Car EVER! I Love It

Pros: Great interior, exterior, and great performance.

Cons: All the computer stuff in it is hard to get used to

Awesome First Car! — First car, and has definitely been awesome. Great on gas, accelerates well (especially under my lead foot). Best part, I only paid a couple grand for it! Driven it to Greenwich, CT from Cape Cod, and back and forth from CC to FLA. Handles great, no blind spots (thank God!) and definitely likes to go fast every once in a while (that may be me, but oh well.)

Pros: Good gas mileage, quick, runs great after 140,000 miles!

Cons: ABS light is screwed up, front bumper is cracked

Strong, Fast And Fun But Problematic — Have had my car for a few months now and have seen myself spend alot of saturday mornings at my mechanics shop. The car gives you the feel of power and sport car like performance and is also a full size sedan. Faults are weight. (car is heavy!) Electric and minor mechanical problems like super cheap radio display never works, window swicth, tail lights condense, tie rod ends and altenator.

Miles Driven per Year:37,000

Pros: fun o drive factor performance like feel and comfort.

Cons: Electric and minor mechanical problems also cheap interior components.

If I Could Afford A New Car, Would Trade It In In A Heart Beat — I have had so much trouble with this car. Before I had it a full year, 9 months, I had to take it to Pontiac to have a new (re built) transmission put in. It took 6 weeks to get my car back. Then almost a year later, more transmission problems. According to the dealer they called in the Pontiac rep. and he didn't have a clue. THen a few months after the warranty expires I had to take it in for more transmision work. Now I am getting ready to take it in for more transmission work. And the car seems to eat tires. The orginial set got less than 20,000 miles and right now at 99,000, I am on my 4th set of tires. I have tires rotated and balanced every 3-4000 miles.

Pros: WHen It runs, it a great car.  But what car isn't.

Cons: Costly repairs

My Grand Prix — I have put alot of funds into this car. It takes more money then it should to keep it running properly. I am now having problems with it over heating. As much as I love it I would never buy another Pontiac again!

Pros: I love the look and the power when it is running properly.

Cons: the intake gasket with Pontiacs is a common problem and GM should do a recall and fix the problem instead of the 1500.00 coming out of my pocket.  Other then that I love my car.

Comfort And Value For The Money — I am the second owner of my 2001 grand prix gt. I personally believe this car is over looked by many .Out of the box this car handles reasonably well, loaded with options standard, great gas mileage for a large car and decent comfort.......$8200.00 used come on............. Well did you know that there are lots of performance parts available for this car? And they make a huge difference in performance, handling and braking.GM performance makes handling and braking packages for the g body.ZZPerformance manufactures custom bolt on parts for the GP. They also modify stock parts to increase HP on the 3800.I personally have purchased many of these parts. My GP has picked up at least 100 hp.It handles as well as a BMW of its size, and stops on a dime.It still gets 28mpg when my foots not in it........Thats just my opinion. And by the way I have not had one major problem with this car.

Miles Driven per Year:20,000

Pros: For a sports sedan,Good value for the money

Cons: Rear tail lights retain moisture. Front headlights get cloudy. With sun roof open at 85mph makes a lot of cabin noise.Hard to stop this car with stock front brakes. Front brakes need upgrading to 12inch rotors and new calipers.

Great Performance, But Build Quality Is Disappointing. — I bought my '01 GTP Sedan brand new, and though I love the styling, performance, and features & options, I'm not happy with the fit & finish of this car. Mechanically, it hasn't been too bad, but it has required a few repairs, such as; New R/F wheel bearing and fuel pump at 7,800 miles, new L/S CV shaft at 25,000 miles.

Owner for 6 years, 3 months

Miles Driven per Year:12,000

Pros: Performance (14.3 @ 96 mph stock!), ride, room. Decent highway mileage (31) for a car of this size. Good in snow as well, the traction control does a good job when the roads get nasty.

Cons: Build quality, mechanical issues.
