Go Anywhere — No ac , exceleration is good, but since its also 4 wheel drive the gas milage just blows goats. Im talking like 14 miles to the galon. Also its one tough ass truck I have 130,000 miles on her and have only replaced the raidator

Primary Use: Commuting to work

A Great Reliable Car, Perfect For Family And Fun At The Same Time. — Awesome drive train! Has problems with the rear tail lights going bad, and I'm talking about the housing not the bulbs. Rear hatch has broken, passenger window has broken. Been in an accident, (not my fault) and crushed the other car and came out with hardly a scratch!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The 4.0 is the best part!

Cons: Little nagging problems.

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo —

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I bought it used in 2004 (with about 25,000 miles on it) when I got into an accident that totaled my Chevy Venture. I like it overall but not as well as I loved the Venture. In comparison the seats are lacking in the Jeep. I have owned it for over 4 years now and haven't had a major problem with it...unless you count the engine blowing at 40,000 miles - I owned it less than 6 mos at that point (yes I put 30,000 miles on in a year). I had a warranty of course (thanks to Dewy!!) so it was covered. Since then, no problems. Exhaust is starting to rattle a bit but come on it is 8 years old and I live in Northern Michigan!! It handles extremely well. Is very quiet. Gets about 15-20 MPG (I usually get the lower end of 15-16 as I am in the throttle all the time-and have tickets to prove it.... :( ). Finally is it fun to drive-yeah not bad-It gets around really well in almost any weather, yet hauls the family to church or on a roadtrip just as easily. I can make it slide around an icy corner perfectly and I haven't ever had it in the ditch!! I would highly recommend this to parents for teenagers. The uni-body construction is one of the safest bodies out there for kids to learn on. I also feel safer having my family in the Jeep too!! Right now I have 140,000 miles on it. Would I buy another one.....perhaps if I couldn't find another Venture.

Pros: Drives like a car, hauls like a truck, quiet even at 80 mph, solid uni-body is safest in my opinion

Cons: Seats can be a bit uncomfortable, not enough adjustment on steering wheel vs seat, things seem to fly around in vehicle easily while cornering even at low speeds

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee — This is a wonderful all around vehicle - definitely more of a "mom" vehicle than the M. I can load up Kory, the dogs and whatever else I need and have plenty of room. Love those heated seats in the winter! It is a full time 4WD which is good enough for the winter weather conditions here in Richmond.

Pros: Handles well, plenty of room

Cons: MPG

The Jeep Grand — Just dont like the gas mileage... 15 or 16mpg city... Has great leather interior and room for comfortable ride Performance isn't that great, only 4.0L V6 engine. The subs in the back make it ballin' I use it for recreational fun and excessive driving and i have nothing else to say...

Pros: Very Comfortable. Solid appeal

Cons: Gas Mileage

Solid And Dependable Vehicle — Comfortable on long drives or long waits in traffic. Get decent gas milage (19.2 mpg) for an inline six Jeep, especially with doing routine maintainance using MOPAR parts. Capable of normal road conditions, handles snow and ice well with standard Goodyear tires with snow / mud rating. Able to go offroad on anything not requiring a lift kit and 34-inch tires. Overall engine maintaince is easy. The exception being valve number six. The top of the engine sits to far back towards the firewall making it hard to get hands and tools in the same place.

Pros: It's a Jeep

Cons: Trying to rotate valve number 6.

Lovin That Jeep — I love my Jeep!!! Everything about it. It's fast with it's V8 4.7 lieter Quadradrive! Its luxurious with its power leather heated seats, 11 disc cd player from Infinity Gold, has a power moon roof. And on top of it all looks amazing with its chrome factory rims and beautiful curves!!! I love my Jeep, out of all the vehicles I've had I love this Jeep the most, I wouldn't trade it for anything!!!

Pros: Everything!!!

Cons: None

Why Chrysler Why? If It Ain't 60's-70's It Ain't Worth Your Time — Typical of all Chrysler products it seems, but the seat belts won't retract properly. Chrysler's quality controls are week, so are the brakes and tranny for most of their vehicles, especially the Dodge Dakota. Why did I get another Chrysler. If it ain't from the 60's-70's it ain't worth your time.
