Sassy Was Perfect — I had a gold 2000, Saturn S-Series. I had won a law suit, because I had gotten hit by a truck, and when I was able to get my bearings again, which happened 6years later. I bought a car. A new car. I deserved something new. I already had someone else junk ie. the Ford Maverick, now it was time for me to get something new. I incurred the Ford Maverick by getting hit by a car, now I got this by getting hit by a truck, how ironic huh?

Pros: The body was gold, like money

Cons: I ran out of my settlement money, and therefore I had to turn it the car...I didn't have anyone to help me take care of it, and I had to resell it back to the dealer....I guess it was only temporary as we are here on this earth. I cheated death twice....and went to heaven once.....it is beautiful there...it is so peaceful.....I felt so peaceful.....but didn't see anyone...I could hear and talk....but there was no one there to meet me...because it wasn't me time....

So Far, A Great Car... — Never had any problems with the car... It's been off the road for a bit only because I don't have the funds to fix it.. otherwise it runs.

Pros: 5 speed, which handles great in bad weather.

Cons: Some timing belt thing but got it fixed while still under warranty...

Point A To B — I was just about to move to Los Angeles with a new job and my Mitsubishi Eclipse was starting to have issues and I didn't want to have to worry about anything breaking down on the drive there or while there. I knew I needed to get a good, reliable car. It fits that bill. There's nothing special about it, it always ran smoothly, I never had to take it in for anything other than an oil change. One time I was driving a group up the hills of Malibu with 4 people in the car. It made it fine but was whining about it. When I moved back to Omaha, I filled it all the way to the top with clothes and monitors and other belongings. When climbing one of the steep grades getting out of CA it was working so hard and I kept losing speed. I eventually made it over the hill but was concerned for a period.

Pros: Never had to do any work on it, always ran like a champ.

Cons: Boring and underpowered.

I've Been Boosted 10 Years Into The Future! — We just bought the car this past week and so far I like it better than the old Volvo. The seats have lumbar support and are fairly comfortable. It's an all-cloth interior and the dash is a weird military green color...lol. Acceleration is majorly different between this and the old car, but the gas mileage is ten times better. I put $10 in about a week ago and i'm still not empty. I love that it has a cd AND and tape player, because i like to use my iPod with the tape deck. :) So far, so good.

Pros: better gas mileage, heater, air conditioner, cd AND tape player

Cons: no sunroof, front windows don't work properly, no heated seats,

Has Lasted Me 8 Years, Still Running Great! Needs A Little Repair With Exhaust — It gets great gas mileage after 8 years...I'm still getting a little over 30 miles to the gallon! I'm having some problems with the exhaust system, but nothing too huge. Handlings great, engine running very well. Not a lot of rust for a Buffalo car either! Very reliable.

Pros: gas mileage. reliable. 122,000 miles still running great

Cons: its a wagon. exhaust system needs repair (but it could just be mine). its a wagon.

College Transpo — This little car got me through college. I put 70000 miles on it in four years! Back and forth Tampa to Orlando, Canada, Northern Virginia, and an Epic Road Trip. Never had a major maintaince issue, it was passing Virginia State Inspections it had problems with. The cost of passing the next year was more than my little Saturn was worth, so twas time to say goodbye.

Pros: 30 MPG, Reliable, zippy!, comfortable

Cons: small, plastic body panels

Very Good Car For The Price. — Nice Engine, good rust protection. Good gas consumption. Lacks fit and finish. Slap bigger rubber and it's a lot of fun to drive. Price was good for the acceleration, gas consumption, and the rust protection. Even has an oil life monitor. I even joined the local autocross club and did well with this car.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: After almost ten years, I'm really hard pressed to find a replacement for this one.

Cons: Can't think of any.
