Good Suv — Overall a great suv, good power, not bad mpg. Build quality is quite impressive! Super smooth, corners like it's on rails and handles anything you put in front of it. Just be ready to shell out some serious coin to do any repairs or maintenance. Very smooth and sturdy at any speed.

Pros: Well built

Cons: Expensive to fix, poor resale value

Mercedes Ml 320 — This SUV corners like a train on tracks. Awesome Bose system, and fierce acceleration are some more pluses and of course a fun one. Highly recommended

Pros: Acceleration, Braking, Power, Bose system

Cons: Electricals, some poor quality on earlier models, Expensive dealers!

Amazing On Road, Bad Offroad — An early model, first bought in 2000, our family bought the car from the first owner in late 2006. 347 horsepower, 0-100km/h in approx. 6.5 seconds. 510 nm of torque. black leather interior. an amazing on-road car, but useless offroad, because it has only 18cm ground clearance.

Pros: speed, handling, safe, sexy

Cons: unreliable off road, expensive to maintain

8 Out Of 10 — First of all, my car is a ML 270 CDi, but the trim didn't appear on the list because it was not sold in the US. It's a tough old bird with decent performance, retuning decent MPG. In my case, reliability is not an issue because in never went wrong. Its image it's more than enough for me, because it combines modern technology with classic Mercedes Benz design. It is pretty boring to drive on dry tarmac, but once the road gets wet or gravely, it starts to become fun to drive. It's no sports car, but for a 2.something tons car it's good. Onroad, it keeps up with X5s, Touaregs and Allroad Audis, but offroad it teams up with the VW and leave the rest behind. If you want a car with better on-road manners, you are better off with the BMW and the Audi, but the BMW is too vulgar for my taste. This is elegant, but very underrated. That is why I love it.

Pros: A good luxurious drive, with decent on and off road performance that allows you to fly under the radar

Cons: It doesen't represent the way the X5 does it, but that is a reason to avoid only if you want to show off
