Very Good Car — That it is rusting out and has alot of kilometres. Gas is not bad but should be able to go further on a tank of gas. I feel also that the shocks on the car are gone. It acclerates very good and it also handles very well. It has needed all 4 new tres and ball joints cost a pretty penny to. But the A/C still works I feel very well

Pros: That it still runs

Cons: there is rust on the body

I Miss You — I loved this car. I had no problems with it ever until I totaled it. It was very roomy and had great gas mileage. I would recommend this car to everyone. Great with the cruise control. Gas was great as well. Get far for your money. Brakes were good too.

Pros: Sooo Roomy

Cons: I totaled it!!!  :(

It Is My First Car :) — My car is my first car I ever bought. Its a Blue Ford Taurus and i bought it for $3,152 dollars. It has 104,453 miles on the engine. I know its a bit high but its a starter car. I'll be getting a better one somewhere down the road of life so I just need a car for right now to get me from point A to point B basically.

Pros: Its clean and very reliable

Cons: the back passanger window dosen't work.

Not Too Bad — Performance - slow acceleration, long braking distance, handles well in snow and bad weather Build Quality - My particular car is in need of minor repairs (cosmetic), no engine problems at all, transmission problems Appearance - Descent looking car, roomy exterior and plenty of leg room in the back Cost - 16 gallon tank, and about 200 - 300 miles per tank . . . you do the math at today's prices Fun - its only fun if you love to drive and don't have any other choice

Pros: AMERICAN, Big, Good Engine, Descent Looking

Cons: Interior "Leather" Falling Off, Door Locks Don't All Work

Quick Start For A 3.0 V6 — This car is pretty good, Minor Engine Problems and a Dent or 2. Great car to drive / Street race with the buds. *i usually win* Very Good off the line, and im not kidding.

Pros: Comfy, Nice Radio, Electric Seats, Large space, Large trunk, Fast car *hey the top speed on it is higher than the speedomonter says*

Cons: Hardly anything, the cons of it would be, 20 Mpg and thats good.
Brakes - Drum Brakes arnt that good.

A Very Nice Car, Loaded With Pretty Much Every Option Available. — One of the cleanest cars I have ever drove in. It was kept in imaculate condition. And the power options in it are almost endless. Power windows, locks, mirrors, seats, pedals, auto air, heated mirrors, CD/cassette/AM/FM.

Pros: The power options ar quite lovely and it is a very spacious car that gives a wonderful ride.

Cons: A little bigger than I am used to and you can't see the end ofthe car out the rear window, so you have to guess when backing up.

It's Ok... — Not my first choice in a car. It was my mom's and she gave it to me when she bought her new car. It's pretty comfy if you have kids and stuff, nice mid-size car, good size back seat and front seat. Plenty of room for me and my sisters crap in the trunk! We haven't had any problems out of it and we've had it for a while, so I guess it's a pretty good car.

Pros: Lots of room, ac, power locks and windows, cd and tape player, 4 door

Cons: Its green....not my favorite color!

The Tank — its an ok car if you aren't going to have the urge to go off-roading or do reverse doughnuts in sandpits

Pros: sturdy

Cons: transmission

Meh — all in all a decent car, nothing special about it. Good amount of cargo space, but the rear hatch could definately stand to be bigger and the cargo space should be a bit wider.

Pros: Comfortable, decent mileage

Cons: Mileage drops a lot between highway and city (30mpg down to 20mpg)

Solid Average Daily Driver. — The Taurus has been in production since the 1980's and is a very solid and reliable vehicle. The engine has not changed much since the first-generation Taurus, and the option of a 200hp DOHC V6 is available as an upgrade for the stock 155hp OHV V6. The transmission is a 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive. The SE edition of both the sedan and wagon have 16" aluminium rims and 4 wheel anti-lock disc brakes. On the inside, a 6 speaker Mach audio system come standard and a 6 CD changer is available. There are also 2 12 Volt cigarette lighter/power outlets for other accessories. It also comes standard with cruise control, power windows, locks, power 8-way adjustable driver’s seat, limited slip differential, and other features commonly seen with other vehicles in its class.

Pros: Very large cargo space in the back, which can also be easily converted into a seating area for 2 additional passengers, and fairly spacious, even in the back seat. Extra (lockable) storage space underneath the main cargo area for smaller items, and plenty of space in the center console area.  It can legally carry 8 people, and gets great fuel economy on the highway. Finally, the Taurus handles well in all weather conditions, even deep water, mud, and snow. Very smooth ride especially on the highway and solid braking in all conditions.

Cons: The acceleration seems somewhat sluggish for a 200hp engine, and the fuel economy is barely 20mpg in the city especially when the air conditioner or defroster are on. Also, even though the car is fairly spacious, if you are over 6’ tall, it might be a little tight sitting in the front passenger seat, since it only goes back so far. The power steering pump can be heard when turning the wheel hard, and the stock Firestone tires are horrible, even when the road is dry.
