One Nasty Dakota — well my truck has alot done 33 inch bfg all terrian tires, slp loudmouth dual ehaust, 3 inch body and suspension lift, aftermarket hood, light bar, chip and tune and custom flame paint and custom flame tint in the windows all around fun to drive

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: the sound of the v8 with combo of the exhaust and power

Cons: the gas mileage only 280 to a tank

If You Like Dakota's Then This Might Be The One You'd Like Too. — What can I say? Its a truck with 4 doors. Convenient in roominess, and can haul things. But the gas mileage, for a V-8 and not really needing it is a bit of a pain. Also for its age, and no fault of mine, had been in a wreck, that was not reported. Am very dissappointed that something is bent, and I can't fix that.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Does what I need

Cons: old and drives like its shaking apart

Usefull For Us But Any Thing More For Towing Or Payload And Its Just Not Tuff Enough — it can haul decent for its size and engine. evan for a dodge its been reliable, it drove fine with a bad fuel injector. it rides awsome not to soft like a chevy and not a rock like the ford.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: towing capability is decent for its size

Cons: unreliable after a few miles

Dodge Dakota - Gotta Love It! — it beat a new Ford Mustang at the drag track- what else is there to say? 4 wheel drive all the way, baby! beats the look of any other mid-size truck on the road black with racing stripes - who can go wrong?

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Mopar! Racing stripes! it's black!

Cons: stopping at every gas station along the way

Better Then A Ford — A quick truck but guzzles the gas. A little break trouble here and there. Very fast truck . should have bought a chevy. bad gas milage like all dodges. Over all a good car for a semi-work truck. always great to have a 4 door

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Truck

Cons: Gas milage

Mopar > Others — For the longest time I have wanted this truck. I test drove a 1999 and 2000 Club Cab a while back and confirmed my wants. it's a good size truck that won't suggest that I'm compensating. Great look and style. Just a WANT! =D

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Size, Style, Performance

Cons: Gas Milage?

2000 Dodge Dakota — This was my 2000 Dodge Dakota. I had it for two years and loved every minute of it!! I miss it soo much! I should have never gotten rid of it. Balls to the wall everyday and never had a problem!

Pros: Everything!!

Cons: Gas mileage!! haha

Just Ok — It was at best just OK. I never had any problems with it but after my 1996 it was a big let down. It had worse performance and worse gas mileage. 13.3 mpg is not what I was expected out of a mid. size truck

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: V8 in a mid. size

Cons: 13.3 mgp no matter what

I Love It And Will Keep It For A Long Time If It Holds Together — It does its job well and is very comfortable but it keeps breaking down. Dodge trucks are great... if you can repair them. It does well on gas for a truck with that big of engine. Handling is very secure and it does great in bad weather although it is not that great off road. Interior is very roomy and the exterior looks great!

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: good comfort and power

Cons: its a dodge
