Overall, I Love It — If you want something thats cost friendly and has a box, this is your best buy. As for performance, acceleration sucks! It is super slow. Hasn't really needed any repairs and is fun to drive. The look is appealing inside and out.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's a 5 speed, so it's fun to drive!

Cons: 4 cyl = super slow

Truck — It is a good vehicle to putt around in, not for travel, or towing, or off roading with. It is not good for making out in or being able to move alot. It is a dependable ride though, until it starts to break down, then it all goes at once

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: gas mileage

Cons: room

If You Need A Great Looking Non Functional Truck Here It Is — Its got to be my must costly HOT WHEEL 1/4 mile time is 15.995 stock and its a blast to autocross...3 time class champion. The truck has a lil over 22K miles on it but I've gone through 6 sets of tires.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Everything

Cons: Hafta use a blanket to haul stuff in the bed to keep it nice

I Want Another One — The truck was great on and off-road. Never got the truck stuck. It had a 4 inch cowl-induction hood, custom exhaust, transmission was rebuilt and re-geared, black w/ tinted windows, 2-inch body lift, 34 inch all-terrain tires, and a good sound system.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun

Cons: Needs more power

S10 — What I love the most about it is its simplicity. It works great for any work I need to do. Its major drawback is its underpowered I4. it gets good mileage. and most important to me it is fun to drive.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It is fun to drive.

Cons: lack of power from the four.

2000 S-10 3door Ext Cab — it was my previous vehicle i liked it alot but had to trade for something with better gas mileage i put over 120,000 miles on it from 2002 to 2007 liked the 3door also could haul just about anything with the box i miss it the only thing i did not like is that it does not handle well in snow and ice it's more of a fair weather vehicle

Pros: can haul anything you buy

Cons: not good in winter snow and ice needs to be 4wheel

My Little Dude! —

Performance- Acceleration's alright, could be better but nothing a few aftermarket kits couldn't fix. Braking is great, even on slippery roads or in snow. Handling is very responsive, esp. for a truck. Build Quality- I've only replaced the 3rd door handle, which cracked because it's made of plastic and the truck is 8 years old. A $30 part. Solid otherwise. No squeaks or rattles, be prepared for some road noise with the bigger off road tires, however. Appearance- Interior is very rugged and durable. Cloth and vinyl. Replaced the cassette deck with a CD player and it's perfect now. Center console set up is extremely useful. Exterior is great. Models range from off road style package to an extreme sport package. The LS is the happy medium, with nice looks and great functionality. Cost of Ownership- Gas mileage is fairly decent for a truck of this size. Another great reason to be able to switch between 2 & 4 wheel drive. Maintenance is minimal. Regular oil changes and a quick look over are all that's really needed. Fun Factor- Its no sports car, but this truck is fun to drive. It will get you where you need to go, no matter the weather. I'd recommend this truck to anyone. Its a great first vehicle but its also a great all around vehicle.

Pros: 2wd & 4wd hi/lo buttons inside cab, low maintenance, good style, will drive through ANYTHING

Cons: 3rd seat, although its really fun watching friends try to cram back there

S-10 Great Truck — This truck at the height it sits causes the ride to no be very good. The 2.2 engine has an ok amount of power but a little more could always be better. The truck is pretty fun to drive with the way it can stick in the turns. Overall good truck

Pros: Fairly easy to work on

Cons: It has random problems caused by previous owner
