Squared Away — Ease of operation and the power for a 4 cly, ease of removing top, ease of putting into wheel drive, affordability of aftermarket parts and accessors. IT LOOKS great and handles exceptionally off road. The beach is so easy in this jeep. Remember get your NC beach permit. This jeep is a work horse and runs and runs. Make sure you double check your wiring under dash panel due to off road use as the shaking can loosen wiring and cause disconnection. Always inspect your jeep before and after off road use.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Great for running around or mountain trips.
Good on beach and easy to put into 4 Wheel drive.
The seats are comfortable and the rear seat is good for one adult.

Cons: BIG tires you sacrifice turning radius, to access the back seat area, you have to use to levers and they can be awkward in moving them forward, the back seat release is easy. The original soft top was a bear to remove and I think it was due to the age (16 yrs). Zippers jammed and finally the cloth ripped.NOW has new black soft-top (Sail-cloth)

I Always Wanted One, Now I Have One — Once I put the right tires on this jeep it started performing as I expected, when out with my buddies Its not the best to pull somebody out of a rutt due to it's light weight, but it is the one to go through the hole they got stuck in WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Will go just about any where and climb any hill I dare to

Cons: Fuel mileage is not great feature 15mpg

Solid — Not a family car, but if your wife lets you, you can have a lot of fun. I've enjoyed off-roading a few times and it's great. I leave the top down all summer and refuse to ever put it up....just watch the weather:)

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: goes anywhere, dog loves it and haven't had one issue.

Cons: have to take out back seat for cargo room

Fun! — The Jeep is a lot of fun! It is not conducive to a family of four but I knew that going in. I enjoy my occasional ride around town with the top off. It's a fun ride for young and old! Brand new tires and with a sixth wheel.

Pros: I bought this as a third car to have a little fun.  It's served it's purpose!  It's reliable, looks good and a lot of fun.

Cons: They only negative that I have to offer is that there is very little room for luggage, but it's not designed for a lot of cargo.

Best Vehicle I Have Owned — Slow acceleration, great braking, 4wd rules, handles tight enough to roll over Great build, solid, bounces off obstacles Interior is bare floor and non-skid adhesive strips Exterior is black as night. some body paneling is removed for a meaner custom look Gas mileage...12mpg city, 17mpg highway fun factor is off the charts if you like slow and steady

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: bulletproof

Cons: gas mileage
