Tvr Cerbera, Fast And Lot's Of Fun. — Outstanding performance, not much to catch it on the road. Yes the build quality is not as high as a mass produced car but the fact that it is hand built bring it's own rewards. And if i can't fix it then no one can as i own my own TVR specialist garage in Blackpool. The appearance of this car is just stunning and being bright yellow outside and purple leather inside makes it even more individual. Approx mpg on a run is low 20's and would cost approx £500 a year in servicing and maintenance in normal condition's. And as for fun factor, it put's a huge grin on my face ever time i drive one of these beast's. But you have to respect it as they will bite if not carefull especialy in the wet as there are no driver aids to flatter poor driving. As in the words of the late great Peter Wheeler, if you need driver aid's then don't but one of his car's.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: I love the excitement you get driving it and the big grin factor.

Cons: I hate the fact that there will not be any more of these exciting car's made anymore.

Awesome — A cerbera is not for the unenthusiastic. The trim will fall off as you drive, stuff like wipers and starter motor will break, but it is an exciting and very fast car. You will always have a smile on your face.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: speed

Cons: none

Cerbera 4.5 — While in a straight line, it smoked most other cars and the added sports exhaust gave it extra go. The build of the car was awful. I took mine to my house in Austria, and it started miss firing and then throwing molten metal out of the exhaust. which got so hot it set the boot on fire. I was told by TVR, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Holland and Spain use the wrong sort of unleaded petrol. The rear diff, broke at 4,800 miles, the windscreen leaked, just over the electrics, which caused the electronic throttle to give 10% or 100% throttle only. the auto doors opened at their own will. Took it to Brands Hatch on a Caterham day (through a friend), apart from the highest spec Caterham's the Cerbera more than held its own. And if you could get better rubber than the Bridgestone’s to fit the rims, nothing would have touched it. On the road it is to light and should you hit a bump mid bend even at lower speeds it was quite scary.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Pretty, very fast, track handling

Cons: Build quality, road handling,
